@sparkfire suggest ko rin po na basahin nyo yung guidelines ng ACS sa mismong website nila for migration assessment. Ang ibig po nilang sabihin na "Certified True Copy of the Original" is dapat yung sinend nyo na mga COE (work references) na PDF copy is naverify talaga na copy talaga ng original document. Iba ito dun sa "This is to certify" na statement kasi yun is sinasabi ng employer na naging employee ka talaga sa company na yun. Usually sa mga nag nonotaryo (pero hindi lahat) nag tatatak sila sa mga documents ng certified true copy provided na dala nyo yung original. Mga notarial services lang po alam ko pwede mag certify na true copy yung mga COE, hindi lang ako sure kung may iba pa. About sa passport I guess ok na yung ginawa na certification ng DFA.

@virgo0920, yes thank you po sa advise. Mag nagadvise din po sakin sa kabilang forum na noratized tlaga dpat ng notary public. Ask ko lng po, so ung notarized copy lng ii-scan nmin then un lng din ang isesend kay ACS? Thank you po! ☺️

@sparkfire in our case, nagsend lang kami ng nagsend dati ng docs namin sa Migration Agent, di kami nagpa-notarized or nagpacertify ng kahit ano. Pero looking back, Justice of Peace din kasi pala sa Australia yung Migration Agent namin, so siya na din nagcertify ng docs namin. So tama yung advise nila, ipacertify mo yung docs niyo. Lahat.

@ignorms thank you po, nagpanotary na po kmi lahat ng docs for ctc. So sunday night ko po nalaman un, so monday morning pa po nmin gagawin un kaso nagemail si ACS na since wala daw response kmi kung ano na ung napasa un na daw gagawin nilang basis. Nagreply na lng kami na if maari iuupload nmin lahat within the day sana mabigyan nila kmi ulit ng extension. Sa mga nkpagpassess na po ba, may pagasa pa po ung pinanotarize nmin? Wala po kasi silang reply dun sa email nmin.

I have a question with the WA GRAD STREAM STATE NOMINATION.

I am confused re the 'work experience' waived for graduates who studied a masters degree for 2 years. But to get a positive skills assessment from VETASSESS on the nominated occupation, 1 year work experience post qualification is needed.

Confusing even with 1 year contract and does not matter if the WA masters degree is not relevant to the occupation.

Can you still lodge an EOI without a skills assessment from the assessing authority? All requirements are supposedly met except for the no work experience.

@pc3 Kailangan ng positive skills assessment para makasubmit ng EOI. Nung nagrresearch ako ng requirements for state sponsorship ng bawat state usually nakalagay na the applicant must also meet all of the requirements of the DHA. Tapos additional requirements lang yung nagvvary per state.

@maguero thank you for the response. Kaya nga misleading and confusing yung requirements nla especially for students intending to use the stream. Swerte lang if the assessing authority will not look into 1 year work exp post qualification. But all vetassess occupations requires the 1 year work exp.

Hi po question po. I’m a nurse po and na pre invite po ako ngayon sa Vic under 190. My TV will be expiring po on May 3. Pwede po bang sa Au nalang ako mghntay ng invite talaga? Hoping na less than 3 mos lng from pre invite to invite. Kasi para sana po in case ma invite at malodge after invite magkabridging visa para may work rights.

Need your advice po. Thanks

@drnc_13 Mahirap po ata yung mag antay kayo ng grant while on TV kasi medyo matagal ang 190 ngayon. After po ng invite, mag lolodge kayo then ang current ng global processing for 190 is 9-11 months.

@chigarcia pag onshore po mabibigyan ka ng bridging visa with work rights after the expiry of your current visa. so ganun po plan.

Gud pm po.i just received invitation to apply today from nsw.ask ko lng po requirements ng nsw like documents to upload.nbasa ko po ksi na limited times allowed to open ung link.sa main applicant lng po ba ung hihingin na req. or ksama na rin dependents?thanks po and ung docs po is pwedeng coloured orignal scanned copy lng? Or need pa na cert true copy? Thanks po

For visa 190, puede po ba mag EOI kahit na sarado pa yung list mg sponsoring state or wait ko nalang after July? salamat po sa sasagot.

At this time of re-opening you will need to submit a NEW EOI as we will not be selecting any previously submitted or updated EOIs prior to this date.
