@Pandabelle0405 Kapag may PR visa ka, allowed ka mag-exit/entry sa Oz up to 5 yrs from the date of visa grant. Naka-indicate sa visa yung "Must not arrive after" which means dapat nasa Oz ka before that date. Kung gusto mong lumabas at pumasok uli ng Oz after the 5th yr, dapat ay either Oz citizen ka na or meron kang Resident Return Visa (RRV).

@PMPdreamer nope, wala naman, based sa nababasa ko. Pero best option ata na sa big move na kunin yan. Sabi daw pag nakahanap ka daw ng employer at wala ka pang tfn, bibigyan ka daw nila ng form pra fill upan lang. Sila na bahala. Hehe based lang yan sa exp ng iba.

hello po, inquire ko lang po kapag mag initial entry sa Australia, passport lang po ba enough na or need lahat ng birth cert, marriage cert kailangan dali namin. Punta lang kami doon ng 4-5 days. Appreciate po your valuable inputs.

isa pa po, may minimum number of days po ba po ba kapag mag-initial entry ka lang at you dont plan to stay muna in Australia?

question po ulit mga sir, nag simula na ako mag check ng house to rent. Curious lang po, may restrictions (like can only be rented by grannys hehehe) po ba ang pag rent ng granny flat? 3 lang kasi kami. I find it suitable for my family plus mura sha. thanks po sa sasagot

@PMPdreamer pets ang common. number of tenants would vary but for sure not more than 3. because I know a couple who has got a baby, ok naman. you can apply and make a nice cover letter.

@Jbros Nung nag initial entry ako passport lang tinignan although mag print ka pa din ng copy ng grant mo if ever hanapin. yung other hindi na sya kaylangan.
