Other possible documents in lieu of payslips?

To those who may know about this, I need your advise, please. I posted this in another category but unfortunately didn't get any response. Hopefully, I can get one here since it's a general question anyway..

I'm planning to apply for 489 visa and currently collating required documents for my skills assessment. However, I'm facing a bit of a roadblock regarding this payslip issue.

I already resigned from this company from overseas 4 years ago, and we weren't given any payslips because we had an online HR site through which all HR-related tasks are processed. We get monthly notification through the site regarding our monthly salaries, but no payslips.

I don't have ITR because OFW's are tax-exempted.

So my question is :Would it be acceptable if I submit a letter from our company's HR certifying that I was receiving X amount as my salary, instead of payslips?

i believe employment contract or letter stating your employment start and end dates would suffice.

i assume may ibang document ka na where nka list ang job duties/responsibilities mo and additional proof lang ang payslips

@kookie420, thanks for your reply! Baka ang ibig mong sabihin ay sa skills assessment? Kasi di pa naman ata hahanapin sa Engineers Australia (263311 ang nominated skill ko) ang mga payslips.

Kaso sa visa application stage ang tanong ko. Madalas ko nababasa sa mga forums na nagrerequest ang CO ng payslips as requirement para dito.

My question is: Pwede kaya kung, instead of payslips, magbigay na lang ako ng letter from our company's HR stating my salary at the time of my resignation? Or if my salary is already included in my Certificate of Employment, would this be enough?

tama, sa EA assessment hindi kailangan ng payslip..
pero sa visa application, sometimes naghihingi sila ng supporting/additional documents to show proof of paid employment...

other documents you can provide kung wlang payslip..

employment contract
tax return
sss/gsis (kung sa pinas)
bank statement showing remittance of salary (from your company), so kailangan atleast mga several months na may consistent na pera na pumapasok..

kung makakahingi ka sa HR ng letter about your salary.. baka pwede ka rin makahingi ng copy ng online payslip nyo..

eto lang maisip ko, kung wla na talga.. sabihin mo na lang sa CO na wala na talaga.. 😉

Unfortunately, sa mga binanggit mong documents relating to my previous company:

employment contract: wala akong original contract (photocopy lang)
tax return: wala akong tax dahil OFW ako non
SSS: hindi ko nacontinue ang SSS ko while i was there in Riyadh
bank statement: I tried contacting my previous bank in KSA i but got no response

what I'm doing now is I asked a colleague still working there to go to our company's HR to request: (a) copies of online payslips and (b) a revised Certificate of Employment that would include my previous salary.

I'm a bit skeptical about HR giving copies of the online payslips, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Does the notification states the Monies? if yes I reckon you use it

Dito sa australia maski simpleng print out walang problema sa kanila pag tungkol sa requirements

@JCsantos yes, nakalista doon ang salary details and allowances.

Meron pala akong na-print na online payslip na 3 months pero di magkakasunod:

Nov. 2009
Jan. 2010

...tapos date of resignation ko is on April 2010.

You don't have any choice, that is the only documents you have

@emonsanto naku yan din po ang problema ko payslip ng itr n bank account kaya di ako mkphsimula haaaist

Hi po, nakapagrequest na ako ng bank statement showing my previous salary, pwede po bang ihighlight ng marker kase madami pong transactions sa bank account and need po ba lahat i scan (from years 2011-2014) only 1 employer.

Hello po, nasa assessment process pa ako pero gusto kong magtanong regarding sa proof of employment gaya ng ITR at payslips. Required ba na magprovide ng payslips sa lahat ng employment mo for the past 10 yrs or sapat na ba kung ung last or current employment lang?

@Desert_Cowboy if claiming for points, yes needed na magprovide. Pag Hindi claiming for points, NO.
