Merong link sa lower side ng application mo (ImmiAccount) nakalagay "Organize your health requirement" click that link and follow the instruction, print out the referral letter na meron pong HAP ID nasa upper right side ng letter yan.
Mag-email po kayo sa Philippine Embassy ask for the soonest available fingerprinting at photo taking appointment email: <u>consular.sgpe@gmail.com</u>
Pagdating po ng appointment ninyo you will have to also avail an authorization letter (affidavit for your representative to collect the document at NBI UN Ave.)

An appointment is required. Please email consular.sgpe@gmail.com. Entitle your email with the subject “NBI Fingerprinting Appointment“, and in the message state the date when you can come over to the Embassy. We will reply to your email and confirm the availability of this slot.
The slots for NBI fingerprinting are open Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 5pm only.</i>
