Nabasa ko dun sa may site ng immigration ang date ma prinopocess nila at inaallocatan ng co etc etc as of may 7,2014 is ung nagsubmit march 1, 2014 di ko lang sure hanggang saan ung date na naging cut off nila. Sana kasama na mga papel natin dun. 🙂

@joyful i received an email yesterday requesting ng cenomar at police check ng husband ko 🙂 next ka na niyan sis. Ano ba ang visa inapplyan mo. Spouse? Or fiance visa?

@binkyrikay spouse visa apply ko and nag submit na din ako ng police clearance ng husband ko. Feeling ko nga I have to submit another police clearance ng hubby ko kasi mag expire na yun sa august eh wala pa tayong grant by then. Nkalagay na ba kung sino ang CO mo saka kelan ka ba nag apply?

@joyful 3rd week of march kami nagpasa. Di ko sure if co ba ung nakalagay na name sa end ng letter nila. Nung nagpasa kasi ako sinabihan na ko magprepare nung police check ni hubby since kasama ko ung baby namin pagpunta sa australia. Ayun sabi niya pag nagrequest nalang sila. Kaya ayun ngun palang sya kumuha ng police check.

@dilligas nagpamedical kami ng mga anak ko sa Nationwide Health systems in Makati. Payment would depend kung ano ang request sayo. You can call them before you have your health exam para alam mo how much and ano mga kailangan mo dalin. Xerox ng passport, picture saka yung HAP id.

hi danz12213 - one of the requirements de-facto is you have lived together for at least 12 months. I applied for 175 pero at that time ndi ko naisama ung partner ko, when a case officer was allocated ndi ako nagpa change of circumstances para maisama sya kc hindi p nmin n-meet ung 12 months of living together - so I think better na maging honest n lang sa immigration baka kc kung magsinungaling pa ko sa kagustuhan ko lang na maisama ko sya agad e bka ma reject lang ng DIAC and it will be a total waste of effort and money.

Then after cgurado n kami na na-meet nmin ung 12 mos requirements n living together dun n kami nag-apply ng partner visa. Mahigpit ung immigration in terms of the documents to prove na nag-live together for 12 months. We have to present everything, that includes ung lease agreement nmin from SG na I think mga 6-9 mos lang ang covered plus ung rent receipt nmin dto na 3 mos lang din ang covered and we had to explain why we have to live apart on some periods.

Point of view ko lang nman ito na maging honest, if you didn't meet the 12 mos requirement of living together then don't consider her as dependent for a de-facto. Baka lang kc later on na maquestion ng CO na wala nman kayong proof of 12 mos living together, it can lead to visa refusal. There are other ways nman na maisama mo ung gf mo dto later on, I think thru PMV 300/309 or other type of family visa. 🙂

@muffles127 wow salamat ng marami sa link lahat ng kailangan ko malaman nandon hehe. nagttravel na ksi kami since 2012 At my shared accommodation/plan tickets kme so naisip ko yon na strong evidence ng defacto namin. plus joint acct namin and as early as now iprepare ko na rin ung nsa checklist kse madugo plang ang required docs.

Btw, gano ktgal ang processing ng visa 300? And assuming po nagrant aq ng visa 189/190/489 skilled, how long mula ng mkrating sa Oz bago ko sya maiapply ng partner visa?
