Employment Reference from Accenture

Mga Tropa,

Magandang araw. Dati akong empleyado ng Accenture at nag-request ako ng Certificate of Employment na merong nakalagay sa Duties and Responsibilities sa kanila para sa skills assessment ng ACS.

Pero ang sabi nila, eh hindi raw sila mag-di-disclose the ganung information kaya nag-request nalang ako ng Certificate of "Explanation" sa kanila na nagpapatunay na hindi talaga sila nag-bibigay ng ganun.

Naniniwala ako na marami ring nag-work sa Accenture dito before, so ask ko lang kung paano ang ginawa ninyo para makakuha ng Employment Reference. Saka sana ko makikita yung format ng document na ito?

dre di talaga magbibigay ng COE na may job description ang Accenture..di rin ako familiar sa sinasabi mong certificate of explanation.. what you can do is to get affidavit from your previous project manager that will contain your job description... then submit the affidavit and yung COE from Accenture... so far nag ok naman sa ACS....diskartehan mo na lang kung paano ka makakakuha ng notarized affidavit from your project manager...

@multitasking - Thanks bossing! Sige, ganun na nga lang siguro. Kontakin ko nalang dati kong boss at uwi sa Pinas para magpa-affidavit. Nasa SG kasi ako nag-wowork kaya need ko pa umuwi ulit sa Pinas.

nung nagsubmit kayo sa ACS for skills assessment, not suitable din ba yung work experience nyo from Accenture? dahil ba hindi nakapagbigay ng detailed job description from Accenture kaya hindi inaccept ng ACS ung years of experience?

@ladyinpink ... ala akong naging problem.. even yung mga kakilala kong tiga ACN na nagpa assess.. positive results din sila from ACS...

@ladyinpink .. anong mga document ang ni submit ng husband mo? most of the guys i know from accenture submitted yung normal COE and yung affidavit from their previous project managers that contains yung roles and responsibilities nya while they were in Accenture... ganito din ang ginawa ko...

@multitasking, di na nya naasikaso, ang nasend lang nya ay yung galing sa HR mismo with affidavit. but okay lang, wala na rin kasi siyang time para ipa-sign sa previous PM nila.

Hi friends, ngaun ko lang nabasa na may ganitong forum. This is true for ACN. What I did before, I asked for 2 certificates from them - (1) standard COE without duties and resposibilities and (2) letter of explanation why they cannot give such details. I then went to my PM so he can attest to my functions, but he refused citing confidentiality, blah blah... So what I did next was to execute an affidavit on these duties and responsibilities and have it notarised with a lawyer. I prepared several copies because I want to keep copies for myself and went to give original notarised copy to my assessing body. Wala naman naging problema.

I did this on the premise na kung wala ka namang matinong syllabus for each of your subjects for your education assessment, pwede ka mag-execute ng affidavit detailing your course syllabi at ipapa-notarise mo. So, same logic follows. Hope this helps.

@ladyinpink - Hello! Hindi rin na-count ang Accenture experience ko, same reason rin ang ibinigay (Insufficient Detail), pero okay lang din kasi eh ilang months lang din ako nag-work dun so eventually, more than 5 years pa rin ang na-count ng ACS.

@pangrom0529 - Thanks for sharing! Yup, na-try ko ring kontakin yung dati kong manager for Affidavit. Kaso nga lang, hindi ko na itinuloy kasi, ilang months lang naman ako sa Accenture at more than 5 years pa rin ang na-count sa total experience ko. Yung standard COE at Certificate of Explanation nalang ang ibinigay ko sa ACS (which again, hindi nila ni-count)

🙁 Hindi talaga nagbibigay SI Accenture Ng detailed JD. Hindi na nmin hinabol o nagpagawa Ng affidavit Kasi disaligned Sa job code nya...useless Lang.

I have the same problem din po. May 7 yrs po akong experience s acn. My problem is nidecline ako nung previous manager ko n nsa manila ung request ko for statutory and ung ibang kclose ko is nsa gcp onshore. Merong isa akong nging lead, (STL sya that time then TL po ako) pero di na n sya ngwwork s acn.

Q1 -may sample format po ba kyo ng statutory n kgaya nun? May kakilala po ba kyo na naaapprove na gnun ung witness?

Ano po ilalagay s letter ? Ung mga sample n nkita ko po is: Ms. Yyyy currently employed in Xxxxx (mgkapareho po kmi ng company na nilipatan but diff project). Or Ms Yyyyy with passport blah blah n lng pra safe?

Q2 - mga 4 yrs ko lng po sya nging lead, with that mccount po ba yung other 6 yrs ko? Kelangan ko p po ba imention yung duration n nging supervisor ko sya? Ano po ung usual na statement dun?

@altuser41 thanks po ng marami 🙂 actually nagtanong tanong ako sa ibang ex acn din at sabi nila mas guaranteed daw if current employee p rin ng acn yung hihingan ko ng affidavit.

yung affidavit na nimemention po nila sa ibang post na nagmemention na di nagbibigay ng detailed COE ang acn, nagpasa rin po ba kyo? or isasama na lang po sa statutory?
