so minsan may pinapadalang email ang CO requesting for additional documents tapos naka state dun na dapat ma provide mo un within 28 days.. or atleast maka reply ka na pnaprocess mo na..

I tried also to fill-in the form at home, pero when I'm about to save it para edit nalang later after office work, hindi pala ma-save. Do you experience the same?

Or try to complete your form and then print that form to a PDF file.

The PDF file will save the form and the inputs just as you typed them.

To save time and energy, make one tiny change (probably your name) and try to save it. If you can, continue to make other changes 🙂

@bookworm, naisip ko lang, d ba last page lang needs pen mark (signature)? so it means pwede na hindi scan ang other pages d ba?

Pwede naman as long as sa e-file mako combine mo ang orig filled up form at scanned form.although naka-lock ang Orig pdf file,may mga free sites o programs naman to unlock locked pdf files.

Sa case ko kasi iniscan ko nalang lahat

Just got allocated to a CO yesterday - GSM Adelaide Team 23 who asked for evidence health only (already took mine last week and hoping the clinic uploads the results this week).
