@iamfi yung sa work experience bossing, naisama ko ung 'non-relevant' years per ACS assessment kaya inulit ko na lang para di magkaprob...so far, ayos naman LOL hintay pa rin

@iamfi hindi po. in-depth information ang form 80 tungkol sa personal information mo tulad ng:

1) parents'/sibling(s)'/children(s)' name, birthday, etc.

2) education at work background mo at lahat ng dependents sa application mo

3) a full history (in form of table) of where you and your dependents lived in the past 30(?) years

4) countries you travelled/lived (including address)

5) etc.

gagamitin ng CO ang form 80 to make inquiries/investigation about you and your dependents.

ang NBI (if you live in the Phils.) at police clearance (if you live abroad) - ang isa sa mga purposes nun is for your CO to check if you have criminal records in the countries you lived for a total of 12 months.

ang purpose ng form 80 and NBI/police clearance is to check if you meet the character requirements deemed fit for migration to Australia. so while waiting for CO, simulan nyo na ito kasi matagal din to gawin.

kasi ang kinakatakot kolang magfolowup tapos baka mainis sila.... lalong mapasama...hehehe! kaso almost 2months na wlaang pang balita.. tapos wala naman daw ako kulang sabi ng CO sabi naman niya MOC nalang daw wait niya tapos babalitaan niya na ako.kaso sobrnag tagal kahit confirm na ng St.lukes na wlaang problem sa medical at napadala na 2months ago.. hay.... @aolsystems hi. I think there's no harm in asking your CO for a follow up especially since it has been 2 months since last na nagcommunicate sya sayo. As long as you ask nicely, I think it is ok. Saka dun sa client service info pdf na sinend nila when they first contacted you, sabi dun na they are committed to deliver service that is responsive to your needs, etc. So I think ok lang. 🙂

Hello guys! May mga questions lang ako, about to lodge visa kaso hindi ako sure sa ibang questions. Need your opinion especially to those sa mga na-grant na yung visa 🙂

Is this applicant currently, or have they ever been known by any other names?

Q: I am a Female applicant, Married. Do I need to answer "Yes" here, and put my maiden name?

Q: I have SSS ID pero eto pa yung single pa ko. Ok lang ba na hindi ko na ito i-declare?3.

For dependent with under 18yo:

Does any other person have custodial, access or guardianship rights to this child?

Q: Do I need to answer "Yes" here, because aside sa akin (primary applicant), other person that have custody sa kanya is si hubby. Or no need na since we are married naman?

Main Language

Q: Filipino ito diba? 🙂

item 1: Female / married applicant din ako... I answered Yes, then nilagay ko maiden name ko

item 2: Nilagay ko ung SSS ID ko kahit maiden name ko nakalagay... later on naman kasi ung NBI mo maiden name din naka indicate...

item 3: Nilagay ko NO, kasi kasama naman sa visa application ung husband ko

A: tama po. ganyan ginawa ko sa wife ko.

A: hindi namin dineclare ang SSS id nya (single pa sya sa ID na yun).driver's license lang dineclare namin.ok naman...

@jepoy527 , hehe nag expect lang ata ako na magrereply sila agad... kasi May 15 nag upload ako Form80, NBI ni Hubby at PC ko Indonesia.... May 20 nag reply sa akin ung "GSM Allocated" ack ung receipt ng docs ko at follow up ng NBI ko.

Bakit nga pala ganun ung sa akin... LW ung CO ko(team 06) tapos ang nagreply ng May 20 si DH (team 23).

Then May 22, kay LW CO ako nag email kasi upload ko na NBI ko and Form 1023 para sa wrong passport expiry.

@ShayShey eto naiisip ko sa case mo. baka:

1) nag-resign na si LW CO mo

2) nag-bakasyon lang si LW CO at pinasa kay DH

3) fully loaded si LW CO kaya pinasa kay DH

siguro kaya natatagalan ang visa grant mo kasi dapat kay DH ka na mag-reply?at since kay LW ka pa rin nag-reply, hindi nga gagalaw ang application mo. wala bang bagong instruction si DH na sya na ang bagong CO mo at lahat ng future emails e sa kanya ka na makikipag-usap?usually may ganung instruction si CO sa PDF file na isesend nya sayo sa unang email ni CO sayo.

paki-check mo rin ang status ng application mo sa immiAccount mo kung may nagbago.kung wala, baka dapat kay DH ka na nga mag-report/reply
