@itchard hello po, alanganin kasi ako sa points and wala pa naman akong ielts. Is it better to try out muna yung state nomination kesa visa 189?

@guenb Huh? How can u submit EOI na wala ka pang IELTS? Requirement din IELTS sa mga state nomination

Hello po, I'm new here. May mga tanong lang po sana.

Nag apply po ako for State Sponsorship last November 2014 pa po..ngayong May 2015 lang na-invite. I'm with an agent to process my application and rarely bother him with it. Netong month of May, I was nominated and approved for the NSW state sponsorship. I already paid the $300+ fee for the nomination and $3.5k fee for the PR. Tapos na rin po medicals ko netong May lang.

I just want to know how long should I wait for the final decision or what's the next step? And may mga nadedeny po ba ng PR? Mag July 1 na kasi so baka mamaya new rules nanaman.

Mag July 1 na kasi so baka mamaya new rules nanaman.</blockquote>probably due to quota kaya nagtagal ung decision sa application mo. if u engaged an agent, siguro namn walang chance madeny yan unless may issue ka sa health or police. since reopened na today, anytime soon maapprove na yang pr mo. antya ka lang onti. hehe. 🙂

ANy news kung kelan po magrelease ng new occup list ang NSW? Yung South AU nagrelease na but isa sa mga reqmts yung 6months exp sa South AU mismo or dapat may relative ka 🙁

@AspireAU21 - I was able to apply for SA.. wala naman silang requirement na 6 months or relative.. baka for special condition yun. 1 day lang nag special condition agad sys ad.

Hi po, kakasubmit lang namin ng EOI for NSW July 18 with 65pts and ielts 7 score. May bearing ba talaga Ielts? I thought to get extra 10pts dapat Ielts mo minimum sa 7 or depende sa profession? Thanks!

@grant512 each profession has its minimum english requirement..to claim points for english ability towards your eoi, a minimum of 7 in each subtest is required.Based sa result mo, you can claim 10 points. When you complete your eoi, automatic naman na magcocompute ang score mo based on the info that you provided.

@grant512 may bearing sa selection ng NSW. Isa sa mga criteria nila yan to invite for nomination.

Good luck on your NSW SS nomination. Pareho tayo ng points, I've estimated mine to be 60 (just enough for 189) but SS will give me 65 (for 190). Balitaan mo po kami which invite you get first. 🙂

Kapag nakarecieve na po ba ng ITA for SS automatic na wala na ang EOI for 189?

isang EOI lang po kasi ginamit ko for visa 189 and 190. GUsto ko din naman tuluy tuluy pa din ang 189 application ko for backup din kung sakali ma reject ako sa NSW.
