@iam_juju nasa timeline ko po, Mechanical Engineer (ANZSCO 233512).

I am not really hoping po to get invite for the NSW SS, dahil na rin po sa trend ng invite with my nominated job. Experience lang po to submit EOI.

Nagrereview po ako to take IELTS siguro next month. nagtry ako review ng PTE-A for 6 weeks pero not comfortable, kaya IELTS nalang. target is 7.0 pra plus 10...

tapos 189 agad.. hopefully.

@hopeful_mea curious na ako talaga sa inyo ni am_juju siguro magaganda kayo sa personal right? Mabuhay mga medtechs! Kapag na visa grant na tayo, reveal tayo ng faces hahaha... darating din yan, pray lang tayo

@dorbsdee mag take ka na ng PTE to increase points. Ako naka booked na kahapon. Sa March ako mag e-exam. Aiming for 10 or even 20 points para path 189 na and not hasten the waiting queue for 190 for NSW. Sabihan mo ako if mag te-take ka rin

@jedh_g thanks sa suggestion. IELTS ang kukunin ko instead of PTE-A. Hindi ako comfortable sa PTE-A, nagtry ako review for 6 weeks. good luck sa PTE exam mo. Hindi pa ako nagpasched ng IELTS kasi hindi pa ako prepared for now. Review-review muna.

Aiming for 7.0 to claim 10 pts lang..

Hi all. Ano po ba mauuna? Yung EOI or ung application form sa state nomination? Let's say.. for visa 190 application?

@kendz_shelou for nsw nomination kailangan mo lang magsubmit ng EOI selecting them as your preferred state.

@jedh_g si sir simpleng tirada sa mga medtech...hehehe..cheers...anyway goodluck sa mga bagong nag aapply...we've been there..nakakainip na nakakasabik hanggang sa mainvite at maglodging na kayo..i still remember those days na ganyan na ganyan ako...magstart pa lang mag ayos ng mfa bagay...good luck ulit

@jrgongon agree kasi I was caught up with the visa points kaya need to resort to PTE. Struggle as weekend lang pwede mag focus on reviews. I am praying 1 take lang to save din on cost. Should I nail this one, I will update my EOI to go for 189. BTW, Kilala ko naman si iam_juju kasi sa kanya ko binili ang mock test ko sa PTE...but never seen her pa. Hopeful to see everyone possibly after the VISA grant this year! God bless

@hopeful_mea hanga ako sa 'yo as an accountant...mataas ang visa points nyo sa OZ as my agent told me din dahil na rin competitive na rin sa ibang foreign applicants for DIBP. I am also praying for my PTE-A to be 1 take only. Effort and prayers are my stronghold factors. Go for OZ this 2016! Good luck and God bless too!

Hi guys, should I update my EOI?

I am not claiming points for work experience since ACS deducted 2years from my 4years and says that experience only after June 2013 is considered relevant.

I initially placed start date June 2011 and left the end date blank while putting "NO" for the question "Is this employment related to the nominated occupation?",

Now I want to correct it and place it as such:

Tick NO for employment from June 2011 to June 2013. Tick YES for employment after June 2013. Leave the end date blank if currently working in that organization.

My question is should I update my EOI to change this?

Nakakatakot lang kasi baka mabago yung date of effect ng EOI ko kahit na wala namang change sa score.

@jedh_g Thanks! Sobrang dami na nga daw ng accountants sa Oz, kya nghahabol na kmi ng points tsk. Im taking PTE ulit sa monday, Feb 22. Praying that this time makuha ko na rin ang 20pts. God bless sa PTE nyo on March!

@emboon if you update your EOI and tick "Present" it will change yung date of submission mo.. you can leave it as is if you are confident that you could soon receive an invite with your current points. Otherwise, better update it as what you are planning to do since that's actually much better way to do it even at the beginning you created your eoi.. come June 2016, you will automatically receive an additional 5 points if you are still employed

@jedh_g Yes will do. R and S din weaknesses ko so i prepared a script for retell and describe. Intro, first sentence and conclusion, bale ang adlib na lang is the 3rd sentence, yung detalye na lng i.fill in ko.

@hopeful_mea may question which puzzle me much is to when to start using the provided notebook and pen during the exam. Need ba na magsulat na agad ng memorized templates in your mind para di mag cram during describe image part? Same with listening from dictation part section? Share your actual exam experience kasi I wanted to write everything I reviewed para di masayang. Feeling ko kasi I could hit high on my score if ma capture ko in writing the templates in the notes.
