@Heprex Hello po, question lang po dun sa educational qualification sa points nyo, nakita ko po kasi 15pts yung nakalagay sa profile nyo. Paano po ba nakukuha yung 15pts para educational qualification? Medyo worried po kasi 15pts din ang kiniclaim ko sa EOI at may ITA na rin po ako from NSW. Hesitant lang po ako magsubmit ng docs ko sa NSW, gusto ko po mainsure na tama lahat claims ko kasi po ang current points ko lang is 55+5.
Educational background ko po kasi is two (2) bachelors degree sa pinas, 1 Masters degree dito sa Oz (1year lang po yung Masters ko), 1 Grad Diplo at 1 Grad Cert dito din sa Oz. Except sa first degree ko sa pinas, lahat naman po ng courses ko is related sa nominated occupation ko.
Nabasa ko po kasi sa PAM3 (Procedure Advice Manual 3 ng Immigration), "In order to claim points for a degree, the regulations provide certain requisites for entry level to the course leading to that qualification. Applicants who have obtained a master's degree, policy indicates that they must been awarded at least a bachelor degree. Without the bachelors degree, applicant can only claim 10 points unless the assessing authority provides an opinion that it is equivalent to at least an Australian Bachelor Degree."
Not sure po kasi kung yung pre-requisite na bachelor degree na sinasabi dito sa PAM3 is bachelor degree taken here in Oz kasi po hnd ako nagbachelor's degree dito, sa pinas lang.
Ano po sa tingin nyo, tama po bang 15pts din ang kinclaim ko sa educational qualification ko?
