Hi All, tanung ko lang po, para sigurado, kapag po ba VISA 190 sa NSW, khit po saan ba yun basta sakop ng NSW o may specific/designated na lugar lang sa NSW?

Sa mga nakakaalam ano po ba ang ang ibig sabihin ng "Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only"?

@lecia Sorry mag-eedit sana ako na wrong thread ko napost yung tanong ko. Anyway since andito na din, Sa SA nominations kasi madalas lately lumalabas yang mga ganyang special conditions. I don't entirely get kasi kung ano difference ng tags na "Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only" and "Provisional 489 visa only".

@bob88 I get what you mean. Sa SA na occupation list kasi magkakasama Ang 190 and 489 and the other category is Supplementary list. Yung May tag na “provisional 489 visa” ... applicable lang po yan sa 489 visa application.. kagaya po Ng occupation ko..

@lecia Thanks sa reply. I see, nasa supplementary list kasi yung occupation ko and pwede din siguro makapasok under high points category under 489 visa. I'll read on further baka may special requirements pa. Just submitting another EOI sa SA besides sa NSW (once mag-open uli). Before nagclose NSW dahil sa end ng fiscal year, open pa visa 190 for my occupation. Baka may chance na andun pa rin siya.

Hello po mga mam/sir

Pwede po ba mag create ng multiple eoi kahit meron n kami existing nsw190. Halimbawa mag send din kami vic 190. Please advice po kc i heard bka magisip si nsw na ng apply kami sa ibang state na 190 din hehe.. thank u po

@Pandabelle0405 yes you can, separate EOI’s for 189, 190 each state na anjan Ang occupation ko. Once na nainvite ka Saan mang visa jan, please withdraw your other EOI’s to make room for others to be invited too. Just like us na waiting pa lng din..

Only tick NSW or VIC sa state na gusto mo, wag “any”.

@Mia same email pero different EOI reference numbers sa bawat EOI na 190 each state at 189 or 489 visa.. Basta pag na invite na kayo sa Isa man jan at maglodge na,pls withdraw Yung ibang EOI para naman sa Iba Pang nag aantay.

I read in their previous statement that they normally clean up the backlogs first before opening for the new fiscal year. Since my application was submitted in April yet and approved just this July, estimated 2-3 months backlog? so maybe around the same time they opened last year.
