@cal_80 Hi po, I'm planning to grab it din po. Invitation to Apply for Nomination po yung nareceive ko and not yet yung for 190 na visa and as per their e-mail hindi rin to guarantee ng invite for 190 na visa. Ang iniisip ko lang (if ever) mainvite sa 189 on Dec 11 (sana palarin), I'm thinking na 189 ako magffile ng visa. My question is, hindi po kaya to magcause ng issue since nirereview na yung documents ko for nomination sa 190?

@Pandabelle0405 panong nagsara? you mean wala munang invite ng 190 for CE sa VIC?

@hopeful_Z even it is a pre-invitation,the chance to make it approve is still possible as long as you provide the documents and evidences required from NSW. With regards to your question, i do not have an idea to answer it. Probably others here in the forum can guide you.

Hello po.. Just want to inquire, sino po bah dito or may alam nakakuha ng nomination in the past 6 months sa kahit anong state with only 65 points? may advantage bah yung work and experience mo? or lahat talaga ng 65 points hindi nabigyan

@Pandabelle0405 ganun ba, nagEOI din kami sa VIC last September 190, 70+5 pero tinanong ko si hubby kung may nareceive na email, wala naman daw, makes me worried and baka sabihan ko na magapply din sa ibang state. Though may 189 din kami 70, kaya lang prang 70 and below matagal ang invites.

@hopeful_Z no problem po un, application for state nomination ka pa naman, kapag napprove may 60days ka pa to lodge your 190.

ndi pa naman maeexpired ung 190 mo if ever antayin mo si dec11, kung ndi ka mainvite sa net round for 189 then grab 190 na po

Hi po. Just want to ask if meron po d2 nkpasok na s NSW under visa 190? Itatanong ko lng po sana kung entitled dn ba ang holder like Medicare, Free Education, Child Care Assistance, Unemployment Allowance, Social Security, etc?

I have read about proof of funds pg pumasok? I have 3 dependents po kc kaya sana gusto ko mkakuha ng idea pra mkpaghanda kung sakaling palarin. Thanks po in advance.

@hopeful_Z I don’t see it would be an issue. Once your nomination has been granted, you’ll receive your invite to apply for a Visa straight away. You’ll have 60 days to apply, if you get on invite for 189? Then you just don’t have to respond to the 190 invite.

To be honest, I would concentrate more on what’s readily available to you. If you have an invite for state nomination, then focus on that. Address the issue of 189 invite when it’s there. Too much thinking and analysing just complicates the situation 😉

@Bjane Ang minimum required points for skilled migration is 65 points, kasama na state sponsorship points. If your total is less than 65 hindi ka maiinvite ng NSW or maski aling state.
