Helo Okim, oo nag bank draft nalang ako ng Singpost. Parang cheque padin naman pala yugn binigay sa akin.

We need partner's points kasi wala po kaming score sa IELTS.

D ko na po pina retake ang asawa ko kasi d po malaki ang chance na maka all bands 7 sya para maka abot kami ng 60 pints.

With NSW SS na 5 points, 55 padin po kami. Kaya di pwede mag lodge ng EOI.

So ang ginawa namin nag pa assess ako para sa additional 5 points ng partner's skill.

Para pag na approve at na invite ng NSW 60 points na, pwede na mag EOI agad2x hehehe 😃

Tama po ba tong ginawa namin?

the only risk is, pag hiningi na ng NSW ang EOI mo, at nakitang 50 pts pa lng kayo (w/o SS 5pts), eh hindi kayo ma-aaprove.. kasi kahit approve nila kayo, hindi kayo maiinvite..

so kailangan, mauna muna ang TRA results before ma-approve ang NSW or before maghingi sila ng EOI reference number..

I would suggest:

check how long is TRA processing
check ang current processing time ng NSW
if feasible, baka mas mabilis mag-retake ng IELTS

or maybe mas feasible ang 489 (temporary visa) na additional 10 pts for SS Regional..

Sinabay ko po na esend ang TRA application at NSW application 🙁

Ang turn around/processing time po ng NSW sa ngayon is around 2-3 months based dun sa spreadsheet nila.

Sana po mauna ang result ng TRA bago ang NSW 🙁

Sabi po kasi sa website nila, 90 days ang validity ng nomination nila, I was thinking na if ma approve nila ang application ko, meron pa ako 90 days bago mag EOI.

tama, kailangan mauna lumabas ang result ng TRA.. gano katagal daw po ang TRA result?

at tama din naman po na mayexpiration ng SS approval NSW..

but, im not sure if that 90 days is from the date na makuha nila ang EOI mo until maka visa application ka?

or is that 90 days the allowed time to provide your EOI?

@lock_code2004 Opo yan po ang di ko sure kung ang ibig sabihin nila is 90 days bago mag apply ng Visa or 90 days bago mag lodge ng EOI sa SkillSelect.

Di naman po ako expert dito hehe corect me if Im wrong sa mga naka try na...

Ang pagkakaintindi ko po kasi talaga is meron akong 90 days para ibigay sa kanila ang EOI reference number. So pwede sila magbigay ng nomination kahit d pa ako nag lodge ng EOI. Kaya po pinagsabay ko ung application. Kasi based sa spreadsheet matagal naman ang processing ng NSW tapos ung TRA mga ganun din daw.

Magtatanong nalang po ako sa NSW if may contact person na saka ni email ko na dina ang TRA sa turn around time nila.

Maraming salamat po sa pagbigay ng attention sa timeline ko. I really appreciate it.

Helo @Okim magtatanong lang po sana ako if nung natanggap nyo ang result/email ng NSW hiningi po ba agad ang EOI nyo or maybe may EOI na kayo at that time.

Meron po ba nakasulat sa email nila about the 90 days expire of the nomination?

@alexamae no mention of expiration sa email ng NSW at hindi naman hiningi ung EOI ko. I mentioned it when I replied to their email. when I received the formal letter of nomination, ung signed copy, nag-email ulit ako para magpasalamat, after nun, apply for visa na nakalagay sa EOI status ko..

E-email ko nalang siguro ang TRA tapos I will tell them about my situation, baka merong way para ma expedite ang processing nila.

so in effect, you have 2-3 months of NSW SS processing, plus another 3 months allowed time to provide your EOI... in total about 5-6months..

kaya dapat matapos ang TRA assessment mo within 5-6months.. 😉

oh dalawa na tayo naguluhan...haha

para hindi ka rin maguluhan...

primary nya is yung ACS (positive assessment)

tatlo na tyo..nagsubmit na sya ng SS with less than 60pts..if positive ung TRA assessment pasok sya sa requirement. i'm not sure lang paano nya update ung current application nya o submit uli ba ng application with updated checklist..that's another 300aud..haaay....

haha...

nagsubmit sya ng application for SS (without EOI),

so ang sinubmit lang nya is nominated occupation ng primary dahil may ACS result na sila..

based on calculation 50 pts pa lang sila.. (take note wala pa silang EOI ha)

now, dahil mahaba nga ang processing time ng NSW,

nagtake sya ng risk na magapply na rin ng partner's skills sa TRA..

TWO SCENARIOs:

1) assuming na mauna ang result ng TRA.. pwede na sila magsubmit ng EOI (50+5 partner points)..just in time for NSW SS result, meron na sila 55pts..

2) assuming na mauna ang NSW SS, meron syang 90 days to provide EOI,

meaning within that 90 days, kailangan din lumabas ang TRA assessment..

otherwise, mag expired ang NSW SS...

Masyado akong nagmamadali 🙁

Nabasa ko kasi na 10 weeks ang processing ng NSW ngayon kaya nag risk ako isabay nalang ang TRA.

E-email ko nalang ang TRA tapos explain ko situation ko..

Sana pwede magbayad ng extra tapos medyo expedite ang processing. D ko sure if pwede hehehe..
