@Gacoquia, di bale.. parang bumibilis na ang NSW today, may nakita ako Feb 24 may naka received ng ack letter... So kahit weekend meron din pala nakakakuha ng letter..

Tsaka mukhang ang taas pa ng ceiling for sys admin.. just have hopes 🙂

i think its not an isolated case, may mga kasabay ako if you check the sheet, parehas kami ng case, wala pa din approval.. ewan ko kung ano strategy ng NSW

@amcasperforu - ang prob baka mamaya mabago na sa july at baka tanggalin na yung ibang occupation, pero wag naman sana.

batchmate @legato09 Parang hindi gumagalaw ang processing ng NSW ngayon, wala ako makitang may ack letter sa sheet...

@gacoquia hindi malayong mangyare, tingin ko si sys admin nasa sol tapos nung nagka skillselect naging csol na... pero pwede rin naman maging sol sya kasi let say di pa ma fill yung ceiling... tapos mataas pa rin ang demand sa occupation na yan pag dating ng July... we really cant and never know talaga.. Pero sana umabot lahat 🙂

hello, i've been checking this forum from time to time.

i'm also applying for nsw state sponsorship. did the skills assessment last Sept 2012 via Vetassess then received positive skills assessment result after a month and a half.

my EOI was lodged end of November 2012 and couriered by docs successfully to NSW on the first week of Dec 2012.

am still waiting for my acknowledgement email too.

ask ko lang, if makuha ko ang acknowledgement letter let's say within the month of march (fingers crossed) then I wait for the 16 weeks processing time for the visa invitation...paano if umabot na ng July 2013 at wala pa din ako invitation for visa ano ang pwede mangyari?

if my job would still be on NSW's SOL by July 2013....maapektuhan ba ang application ko?

what are the possible repurcussions If I don't get hear from them before july 2013...???

appreciate everyone's thoughts!!! 🙂

@PaulSmith... Valid question and I think we both have same questions in mind right now. Lalo pa nga't ang bagal ng processing ng NSW to date. Yung sa 16weeks na timeline nila I think that is for the ack letter then sabihin na natin 1 to 2 months for the approval.

Tungkol naman sa pag inabot ng Jul 2013, "I think" kung ano meron silang mga applicants di na nila papa abutin un ng Jul and if they think overload na ung application for a particular occupation, "I hope" they will send or write on their webpage na they will stop accepting applications for this occupation. Pero I think, we have to do our responsibility too to check their website and the occupation list sa webpage nila kung meron pa ung occupation before submitting the application, computing the lag and do some approximation kung aabot pa. Since alam naman natin na may fee ang NSW and I believed di na nila ibabalik yun if ever its the applicants' mistake.

I think if you won't hear any result before Jul 2013 and they already send an ack Ietter wala akong nakikitang repurcussions since they provided you already a file number plus they already got your payment.

Again, ito lang sa palagay ko... I hope meron din mag contribute lalo na sa naka exp na dito.. Uhmm pero bago lang kasi ang SkillSelect kung sakali this will be the first year... Or may be parehas lang nman cguro sa before...

example, I get my ack within the month of march...then let's say nearing July wala pa ako approval. Then for some reason, when NSW releases a new Skilled Migration Plan (SOL) wala na dun ang anzsco ko. paano na?

another thing, when I go to immi.gov.au and click on Skillselect/Reports/Occupations Ceilings...makikita dun yung number of jobs that they need per ANZSCO and how many have been given invites (for visa) na. is that the same list we use to monitor if puno na ang isang ANZSCO?

I saw there they have reached the occupation ceilings for the following:

Chemical and Materials Engineers

ICT Business & System Analysts

Electronic Engineers

so that means for the above jobs, they won't be issuing visas na.

Nagrelease naman po ang NSW 2 weeks ago dun sa mga occupations na tinatanggap pa nila...I think sa ganoong paraan nila tayo inaabisuhan hehe

Take note po na yung SkillSelect report, is applicable for the whole OZ.

So it means, kahit po meron pa available na occupation, possible po na di na available sa isang state...

for as long as meron pa available na slot sa occupation and open pa sa state eh good to go.

With regards dun sa application "nakabitin" by the time na maubos yung slot, I think they have their own system na macontrol or to avoid beforehand na tumanggap pa kung alam nila na wala ng slot.

or the worst..... sabihin sa atin na wait for next year kapag meron na slot ;-)
