@cinnamon20: well wala pa naman talaga nakakaalam if may 6 ka sa IELTS is malabo ka mainvite. pero if magbase nga sa policy ng NSW sa ranking ang basis nila. kaya baka don nila nakuha yung term na malabo. niweiz let's all just have faith and pray na maiinvite din tayo lahat... 🙂 in God's perfect timing.

Hi! checking, since the last time anlabo ng ICt nag suspend ang Canberra at ang inaasahan nming NSW tumambak ang applicants kaya pahinga muna. Eto napa pasyal. Godbless guys!

Hello guys,

I have a situation regarding my visa 190. I already got my invitation from NSW. However things are a bit complicated. My ACS assessment stated that after March 2010 my work experience is considered to equate to appropriately skilled level. I submitted my two work experience.

1) May 2004- Dec 2005 (1yr 7mth)

2)Oct 2007 to present ( 7yrs 5 mths)

In the EOI, I have selected these two as relevant WorkExperience which will give me 15pts:

Age 31: 30pts

IETLS (L:7,R:6.5:,W:7,S:7.5) 0pts

Work Exp: 8-15yrs :15pts

B.Degree: 15pts

State Sponsorship: 5

Total: 65pts

After reading some forum, I'm afraid I have over claimed my pts in Work Experience due to ACS statement "After March 2010" but take note that I am still on the same company since 2007..Nonetheless, I can still have 60pts if I amend my Work Experience to 5yrs to 8yrs.

Age 31: 30pts

IETLS (L:7,R:6.5:,W:7,S:7.5) 0pts

Work Exp: 5-8yrs :10pts

B.Degree: 15pts

State Sponsorship: 5

Total : 60pts.

But invitaion said :The claims you submit in your nomination application must be consistent with what you have submitted in your SkillSelect EOI. You must not overstate your points claims in SkillSelect in order to secure an invitation to apply. Changes to the information in your NSW application will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. Any change requests must be made in writing and supported by documentary evidence.

I have write to them about my situation but they have not replied.

Please let me know If I need to amend my EOI before submitting my application or any good advise before my 14days expired.

@chicken_star nasa csol ba occupation mo? when ka lang na invite ng nsw? as for your acs march 2010 until the day nagsubmit ka ng acs for assessment yun lang pede mo ma count, or sabi mo you're in the same company until present [march 2015] so you have 5yrs= 10pts.

when ka nga pala nagsubmit eoi sa nsw?

@chicken_star alam mo ung kakilala ko na approve sya ng 189 VISA kasi total exp nya is 8years. Pero nakalagay lang sa ACS nya may minus na 2 yrs so parang 6 years lang. possible na nangyayari na hindi napapansin minsan ng CASE Officer ung statement ng ACS na nagmiminus ng years?

Dapat nilagay mo sa years before march 2010, NOT RELEVANT.

Hi just a newbie here (although hubby and I have been living in OZ for 2 years now).

Meron na po ba dito na-invite na 60pts including state sponsorship 5pts?

Hubby is on 457 and I'm on partner visa pero ung occupation ko ang pasok sa NSW list so ako ung nagttry mag apply, this week lang lumabas ung re-assessent ng IELTS ko na ngyon ay all 7 na (thanks God!) so dali dali nmin in-edit yung EOI so ngyon pasok na kami 60pts for 190, 65pts for 489, although prefer tlga nmin 190 coz dito sa Sydney work nmin pareho ni hubby.

Advise/update nmn po if may na-invite na 60pts this round, coz we're planning din to do VETASSESS for hubby pra mka claim pa kmi ng extra 5pts for next round, pero sana if di na need mas maganda pra bawas gastos.

@gerardds: Upon checking sa google spreadsheet, marami-rami na rin ang may invitation kaya lang talagang ranking sya no. karamihan ng invites 60 above ang score without the SS points.

Sharing this statement from NSW:

Your EOI points claims must reflect the points claims in your nomination application, and you must be able to provide documented evidence for each points claim. Skilled work experience is only considered to be what appears to be on the Skills Assessment (not total work experience exceeding what is listed on the Skills Assessment). It is up to you what you wish to do, however you should be aware that if you have overstated your points, even unintentionally, and your Work Experience is actually less than claimed in your EOI (and therefore less points), then your application will be declined. You may therefore wish to withdraw your application (if you have already submitted it), or if you haven't yet submitted your application, you may wish to not submit it. If you update your EOI to reflect your true work experience (from your Skills Assessment), you can still be considered in this selection intake with your new points score, and could still receive an invitation and apply if successful under your new points score.

@reja_11 hay naku korek ka dyan!!! Actually dami ngang nag aaway sa kabilang forum(kung saan galing yang spreadsheet na yan) at pinapakiusapan na wag na silang mag apply ng 190 sa NSW. Siguro kasi automatic invitation kapag na approve ang SS kaya why wait sa 189 pero yes tama ka kasi para sa kin eh simpleng logic bakit naman ako magbabayad ng $300AUD sa isang state na pwedeng naman pumunta duon ng walang bayad by applying for visa 189 (may option pa to live in other state).. sana nga ibig

I am praying lahat tayo maiinvite.. sabi nung isa dyan sa kabilang forum eh "55 points + 6 IELTS is a dangerous combination" kasi competitive nga ang labanan.. Sana mabigyan tayo ng chance 🙂
