@FrenchMilk di ba required ang EOI number sa SS application? in other states kasi dapat may EOI number ka kasi pag naapproved ang state sponsorship mo, automatic kang invited ng DIBP

@FrenchMilk Sa case ko po, EOI muna then Vic Sponsorship. Eto po ginawa ng agent ko. I think it makes sense kasi right after maapprove ang nomination, automatic invitation to apply for visa na kagad.

ah ganun ba @papajay07 siguro antay ko na lang muna nomination ng VIC bago ako mag submit ng EOI. anyway, ito lang kasi ang option ko now dahil hindi open ang position na ninominate ko sa ibang state or kahit dun sa 189.

@FrenchMilk ok lang naman gumawa ka na ng EOI ngayon...baka di pa aprubahan state sponsorship mo kasi baka pagcheck ng Vic govt with DIBP wala kang EOI...may nabasa ako sa isang forum na same with what youve done...nag email ang state sa applicant asking if nagsubmit na sya EOI...nasa DIBP process kasi na submit EOI first then apply for state sponsorship...goodluck

Hi we did the same, we applied first sa SS Victoria after 4 days they nominated us, we do our eoi tapos we emailed sa victoria yung reference# ng EOI the next morning we received invitation from skill select to lodge our visa 190 🙂

Thank you, yung hubby ko ang primary applicant Metal Fabricator 🙂 this Friday we will be lodging our visa, i hope everything will be ok 🙂 bale were here na sa Victoria January 2012 through working visa, unfortunately di na nag offer ng sponsorship yung company kya we did 190 instead, our 457 visa will expire this dec 21 pero yung employment ng hubby ko will continue bastat maka acquire kmi ng PR, san ka ba? May offer of employment ka ba dito sa Vic?

@leah28 NASA ph ako. Wala along offer ng employment. Tingin ko matagal and processing pag kagaya ng case ko. May nababasa ako even after 12 weeks wala pa ring decision o kaya worse rejected pa. I am just counting din sa pag update ng SOL for 189 visa. Right now kasi 190 lang ng option ko.

Best way is 189 bkit di k pede dun? Kulang k sa points? Why not try to get high marks sa ielts karamihan yun ang best option nila to get points, ano ba yung nominated occupation mo? Kse khit wala kng job offer kung highly in demand nman dito sa Vic you nay get your nomination soon, dont lose hope madaming ways to get in.. Pero seriously it was very agonising journey for all of us

@leah28, wala kasi sa SOL yun nominated occupation ko. wait ako next week pag na update na ang SOL. May chance ba to get invited kung wala sa SOL ang nominated job?

Oh i see, di nga pede sa 189 kya best route mo is 190, anyway next week July bantayan mo na agad and lets keep our fingers crossed na nasa SOL n yung nominated job, what is it anyway? @FrenchMilk

It's an ICT job called Software Tester @leah28. I am not sure why they have not released the updated SOL. Last year, the list was released before July 1st. Next week na naman yun so yun nga babantayan ko na lang.

hi everyone ask ko lang po im a nurse waiing for my skills assessment., what proof did you submit for the work experience? at least 2 years po ba sa victoria? thanks

@mae_oz kung ano yung nkalagay dun sa skilled work mo eto yun di ba 254411 Nurse Practitioner 7.0 in each band Two years Must have registration (or approval in principle) from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

So yan 2 years nga 🙂 goodluck
