@rich88 no po. hindi nagbigay ng reason ang Vic. tinanong ko rin pero ayaw nila magbigay ng specific reason. try lang. at least sa vic sponsorship walang bayad so nohing to lose.

normally acceptable ang 30k AUD per single applicant then additional 5K per dependent. tas indi namn nagrerequire ng evidence of funds. more on declaration lang Unless they specifically ask for it..

@rich88 puede naman pero i think mahirap magbago decision nila. i am not sure if you can submit new docs to further strengthen your application.

advise ko is make sure all your docs are in order saka follow their guidelines like yun sa paggawa ng cv

walang reappeal pero you can reapply after 6 months. gawa ka ng maayos na CV kasi dun nila mostly ibased ang evaluation ng application mo kung tugma ang skills mo sa present requirement nila.

@engineer20 thanks bro.. by the way, binasa ko yung requirements nila sa site. wala naman nabanggit dun about sa letter of commitment? actually, nabanggit lang sa akin yun nung isang agent na tinanungan ko before, need raw ng parang personal letter to the state stating kung bakit mo sila pinili at kung bakit mo gusto mag migrate dun.

can you please enlighten me on this? mejo na-confuse lang ako dito kasi ang nakita ko lang na requirement nila na similar is yung letter of declaration which is totally different from what i'm expecting.

Hi everyone, question lang sana for ICT guys here..

I have 5 years 8 months total experience sa nominated occupation ko (software tester), however, 4 years ang binawas sa akin. So sa ngayon, 1 year 8 months nlng ang natitira.

Question is, nakita ko sa VIC site na for ICT occupation, minimum is 3 years.. Will it be the total years of experience or the years of experience assessed by ACS?

Hope someone can clarify.. thanks!

Afaik, there was apost about this. Yes, the experience will be based from your actual work experience and not from the skills assessment sa Victoria sponsorship..

may mga nabasa ako na ang nilagay nila ay total years of experience at wala naman naging problema. pero tanda ko nung nagpasa ako ay ang nakalagay sa application for vic ss na ang ilalagay ay kung ilan ang assessed years of experience. pero nasa iyo kung try mo makakuha ng vic sponsorship using total years of experience dahil may mga successful naman na ganun ang ginawa.

for NSW SS at DIBP, definitely yung assessed experience lang ang pwede magamit.

@se29m bro, question lang regarding sa pag lodge ng EOI for 190, although 189 route ka, baka lang alam mo..

Nag try kasi ako mag search gamit yung search box sa taas regarding sa kung ano mauuna, EOI or SS nomination? Paiba iba kasi yung sagot so d ko alam kung ano ba tlaga..

Pag EOI ang inuna, ibig sabihin nun d ko pa makukuha yung +5 points tama ba? Once na ma approve yung SS, saka ko pa lang iuupdate yung EOI?

Pag SS naman ang inuna, minsan raw hinihingi ung EOI number prior to SS approval?

Mejo naconfuse lang ako dyan..

@rich88 may ibat ibang process ang per state. Usually, kailangan mo gumawa ng eoi para makaclaim ka ng 5points. Sa nsw, wa and i think sa, you have to select their states in your eoi.. Then they will contact you and will give you an invite to apply to their state.. Sa ibang state, like vic, you have to give them your eoi number para malaman nila na nagaapply ka sa kanila, then they will start to assess your requirements then will make a decision.. Medyo confusing pa ba? Hehehe

@se29m malinaw na bro.. maraming salamat! So, during EOI application, d ko muna lalagayn ng points ang state nomination? Once approved na ng VIC, saka ko ilalagay? tama ba intindi ko?

@rich88 it will automatically add 5 points sa eoi mo if you select state sponsorship 190 sa type ng visa in your eoi

Pag nagsubmit ba ng application sa VIC, may email confirmation ba? Parang wala akong nareceive e. And pano mamonitor yung status ng application?

@gmont may marereceive ka na email from VIC na nakalagay ang application reference number mo. normally within a week marereceive. email ka rin nila ng outcome or kung may additional docs na required ipasa.
