@nursekc submitted sept 6 with 55+5. then i updated my EOi by october kasi ng claim ako 1 year AusRN exp so naging 60+5.

oct 30 - received mu invite

oct 31 - lodge 190

nov 1 - expire student visa

nov 2 - Bridging Visa A in effect with full work rights

Dec 5 - Direcet Grant PR

@nursekc i reckon it was my vic employment. kasi nka permanent part time na ako and i claimed 1 year ausRN exp and that is in Vic. u have to prove na ‘highly employable’ ka

Just want to share my experience.

I have 2 EOI's, one for 189/190(NSW) and one 190(VIC). Last October 20, I received an email saying there's a pre-invite from NSW via. To make the story short, I decided to pursue this route. And we have already submitted our visa application last December 9.

Today, just decided to check my Victoria EOI. And to my surprise there's an update and I have an "Invitation to apply for Victorian Visa Nomination" under "Contacts"!!! It was dated October 20 also.

I immediately checked my email, but I don't find anything about that Victoria invite, even in my Spam. There's only for my NSW invite. By the way, I'm using same mail for the 2 EOI's.

So guys, specially for those waiting, ALWAYS CHECK your EOI. Luckily for me I have invite from NSW that time and that's our preferred state anyway. If not, I will regret this for a long time.

@churek nevermind, nakita ko na, under correspondence page. Unfortunately, wala padin sakin. 65pts lang kasi ako, mababa to compete with everyone's score...

Sa lahat po nang nakaka-experience ng low scores sa pronunciation and oral fluency on Mock exams, nadiscover ko na pag sa naka-charge ung laptop, nagpproduce sya ng static or long beep sounds during recording, which I think nakakaapekto sa scoring. Try to remove the charger and record yourself again, you'll see a big difference. Hopefully, makatulong sa iba.

*Not sure though sa desktop computers. Can someone confirm this for us?

During actual exams, we need to check kung may static/beep sounds, just to make sure. 🙂

**EDIT: Sorry, wrong thread pala. I thought nasa PTE thread ako. pero sana makatulong nadin sa mga andito 🙂

Did u take ur medical before nag effect ang bridging visa or after na nag effective ang bridging visa?

@bettyboop dont wait for ur bridging visa to take effect kasi yan mk delay ng grant mo. as long as na lodge mo na 190, do ur medicals asap. kasi yung saken within 35 days, grant na. aim to complete and frontload everything before 20 days. kasi by then titingnan na ng CO mo ang application.
