@aron_drn I don't see why not. The minimum eligibility for points is 60 and that already includes the 5 points bonus.

@aron_drn no show money is required for VIC state nomination, but you have to declare. during the settlement period (when you arrived in VIC until 2 years time), VIC may ask for a proof of the funds that you have declared, but this seldom happens to skilled immigrant who were granted with visa... Goodluck...

@aron_drn @dorbsdee never assume that it's not a requirement. The fact that it's mentioned on the eligibility requirement, it should give you a reason to be prepared just in case, on the safe side. Each case is different so it will be careless to advice and assume it isn't a requirement only because other applicants were not asked. As a professional, I would not advice my client to take it easy on these things. Always prepare for the worse case scenario.

Ang weird.

I got pre-invited by VIC last March 20 2018.
And I submitted my VIC nomination application last March 27 2018.
I received confirmation that my application will be processed and reviewed for Victorian Government nomination last April 4 2018.

And yet today, I received an email stating that my incomplete(?) skilled visa state nomination application is due in 5 days.

How is it possible that I already completed and submitted my application last March 27 2018 (and even received confirmation for the its submission last April 4 2018) and yet there's a system generated email sent to my inbox today stating that my application is incomplete and not submitted?

Ang worse pa dun is that the email states that "any incomplete applications will be removed if not completed within 5 days". Based on what the email claims, I still got 2 days left to complete it, when I already completed and submitted it last March 27 2018.

Please help.

@NoelRubio Contact them, pretty sure meron naman silang email or at least phone number. Show your confirmation email that you received 08/04/2018 and then ask them regarding that auto generated email you received if you need to follow up with additional docs. Maybe it's a computer glitch maybe it's not pero best move is to confirm with them directly.

@NoelRubio, I also received the same email. Pero in my case, meron kasi talaga akong incomplete submission kasi nagkamali ako ng pagfill-out nung una.

Salamat guys. Yeah I made contact with them. Sa response nila sakin, they reassured to me that my application is still with them at na hindi na-close yung akin. It turns out that the auto generated email I received pala was because meron rin pala akong incomplete submission nung una, separate from the complete and currently being processed.

Hi Everyone,

Background: I submitted my EOI for both 189 and 190 with 70 and 75 points respectively. I have a wife and a baby less than a year old.

How long do you think should I wait for the invite? Hindi pa kasi superior yung English ko so I can increase pa yung points ko? Should I wait, or go for Superior English equivalent to 10 points.

Hello everyone! I already submitted my visa 190 application, got nominated by VIC, i just wanna ask if it is wise to make arrangements for medicals now or wait for a CO. Thank you sa replies☺️

@orchyd if you already have the ITA go for medical now. don't wait for CO because your application will be delayed.

Nag eemail pa ba si VIC to ask you to write an essay?

Kasi nung:

Nag submit ako ng EOI (190 VIC),
Saka naka kuha na ko ng pre-invite from VIC,
Saka naka submit na ko ng application for nomination VIC,
And now I'm waiting for the ITA.

Throughout sa process ko, wala kasi akong na receive na email from them about writing an essay.

Pero may nababasa ako nag pinagawan pa sila ng essay. :-/

people... immi points ko 55 hoping to get plus 5 through vic nom is their a chance or should i go 186 which is being offred by my employer since i have already worked as a registered nurse here in melbourne for 1 year pwede na mag 186 post skills assessment with anmac.... 186 or wait 190 ... advice please
