@kaidenMVH I think affected lang nito yung mga magpapasa pa lang ng application sa VIC pero yung mga naka submit na e proprocess pa din nila at mabibigyan pa din ng invitation if successful.

@Hunter_08 190 VIC sa EOI palang po ako nagsubmit. meaning kasali po ako sa affected no? Kasi wala pa kong pre-invite. tama po ba intindi ko ? Thanks

@lexanaes ICT ba kayo? is nag submit kayo yesterday kasali kayo sa affected ng temp closure nila..

@Hunter_08 ICT po. kaya EOI palang po ako nagsubmit, wala pa po ako narereceive na pre-invite to apply sa Victoria. 189 and 190 Victoria sinubmit ko po. Nung April pa po ako nagsubmit EOI.

@lexanaes I think kung wala ka pang pre-invite from VIC affected ka din sa temp closure kasi hindi muna sila tumatanggap ng any applicaton as of now.

@mgraceclerigo .. Yes Sir naka receive ako nun pre-invite April po I think 18th or 19th ng April po. kau po sir naka receive then po kau ng pre -invite bago yung 15th of May?

@mgraceclerigo Hi Sir... I'm not expert po but according sa ibang forum yung pre-invite is yung state na pinasahan mo para sa state sponsor will response acknowledgement email that they processed and reviewed within 12 weeks, then bigyan ka nila ng reference number SS-2018-XXXX for example. Or else makaka receive ka ng response email upon submission SS, if they want additional requirements.

other expert in this forum, kindly correct me if I'm wrong.

@mgraceclerigo I think ang magkakaron lang ng pre-invite is yung mga nasa ICT occupation(if i'm not mistaken) kasi as per site ng victoria all ICT related occupation ay no need to submit online application first as they will choose a candidate base on their guidelines and needs(Like NSW) and if selected they will get a pre-invite to apply for SS for Victoria and wait at least 12 week to get the result and ITA if application was successful.

@mgraceclerigo .. in addition po mukhang selective ata si VIC regarding sa invitation..nabasa ko lng po sa expat forum..ang bilis ng result ng isang applicant po which is unpredictable po. Hoping and praying lahat tau ma invite ni VIC.

To those looking at Victoria nomination, they've just announced that they are not accepting new applications due to a very high volume of applications. This is however temporary and visa nominations should reopen soon.
