I just read some few pages about this thread and came to know that being invited for SS in Victoria, one must be a high calibre applicants..so meaning exceptional candidates lang inaaccept nila and not just those typical applicants who've met the minimum requirements.

Now my question is, would that also mean that being a high calibre applicants is also being a high valued individual? Meaning you are possessing a special skills and that your experience stands out from the rest of applicants and you are earning a pretty huge figure as how your profile got valued by your current or previous employer(s)?

I am very interested to apply for Vic SS assuming if I'd be given a positive outcome on my vetassess application (nominated occupation 312113). coz I can see some job posting related to my nominated occupation that's offering 96k-117k annual. But the thing is almost end duration or paexpire na yung job posting. I've already prepared my answers pa naman for their Key Selection Criteria, yet at the middle of my application nun sa job post, they're requiring every applicants should have a working rights in order to be eligible for the role. Haaayyy..so sad. tsk!

@kamoteuglz_07 napaka selosa pala ni VIC sis. Buti na provide nyo proofs na nag tour kau sa VIC. Hopefully ITA na kasunod nyan.

@kamoteuglz_07 makakareceive kayo ng invite nyan, mataas ang points tapos minor lang naman ang tanong nila about dun sa tour. Kami, nagtour kami ng AU last 2016 pero hindi kami ng visit ng MEL dahil wala kaming relatives. So ang tanong lang samin is bakit daw namin pinili ang VIC over other states na meron kami relatives and friends tapos after our response, the next day nainvite kami. With enough justification and perseverance, iggrant nila sa inyo yung nomination. Ipadama nyo lang talaga na gusto ninyo sa VIC.

@chigarcia wow sir good news po yan and congrats snio!pde po malaman timeline nio sir and anzscode? sna sna sir waitng and praying po kmi actaully umabot dn kmi 5 pages dhil sa mga attachements pero un vic letter msa 1.5 pages.. thank you sarap sa tenga sana po tlga 🙂

@kamoteuglz_07 Nov 5 kami nainvite to apply for nomination tapos nagrespond sila around jan 10, actually nagkamali pa sila na nadeny daw kami. So nagupdate ako agad ng EOI to try for other states pero pagdating ng jan 14, nagemail uli sabi nagkamali daw sila tapos ang hiningi is ang explanation kung bakit kami nagpupursue sa VIC; nagreply ako within the day. Tapos jan15, first thing in the morning, may invite na to lodge visa.

@Pinoy_Imphotep ang pinagbabasihan lang ni VIC in my opinion eh yung points and CV ng applicants. I dont think magiging relevant yung paygrade dahil hindi rin naman ito fair to begin with. Iba-iba kasi ang standards of living ng bawat bansa. In terms of selection, based sa mga nabasa kong information, they have cap per job code so they select the best candidates grouped per skill of the applicant. So kung kunwari meron kang kalaban na candidate under the same anzscode na masmataas ang points sayo and mas impressive ang CV then most likely, ikaw ang second option. Pero may mga nababasa ako na medyo kakaiba din pumili ang VIC and nagkakaron ng mga weird rejections...

@chigarcia wow prang rollercoaster ride un snio but still end up beautifully🙂 yes waiting nlng po kmi ng decision from hopefully po tlga eh maging. bukas pa po nmin ma pprovide kc un passport page ng partner ko na may melbourne stamp so sna po khit nxt week bsta lng approved wg po sna mareject.

Hi guys, may question lang po ako. Nainvite napo ako ng VIC for a nomination last March 25 pero naoverlook ko sya na nasa CONTACTS na tab pala sya at wala sa INVITATION tab dun sa EOI screen (my bad!). Ngayon ko lang nakita ang invitation nila to apply kaso nag lapse na ang 14 days. May chance pa kaya ako na mainvite uli? Thank you!

@rjankhristiaan gawa ka na ng account sa live in victoria site. try mo mag appeal gumawa ka ng honest na reason, naku alam ko yung feeling na yan 🙁 pero hindi, itry mo parin, wag susuko!

Confirm ko lang need po ba ng show money sa pag lodge ng visa sa VIC or requirements lang un ng state pero ndi ni DHA?

itatanong ko lng po if onshore na-grant ang PR visa ko. and almost 2yrs nko dito sa Au at first time ko babalik ng pinas....

Kelangan ko ba umattend ng CFO seminar at hahanapan ba ako ng sticker sa immigration palabas ng pinas??
Magbbyad parin ba ako ng travel tax palabas ng pinas?
