hi guys! I'm planning to study at sydney, i need an advice from you guys on which pathway that would suit me. I am a undergraduate of business adminstration majored in marketing. have any advice on what course that is a profitable in the long run in staying in Sydney? thanks in advance sa mga advice! @aiayosef hi, on my case iyong officer ask me to present evidence of funds that i have access to. wala naman amount na nirequire but am guessing iyong standard requirement nila na POF ang sinasabi nila. am not prepared sa requirement na ito, but nagcomply na lang kami. i have 2 dependents naman, my spouse and child.

@aiayosef walang proof of funds ang SVP student visa 573. Gagawa ka lang ng stat declaration na may access ka sa sufficient funds pagdating ko dito sa australia. Ask IDP, they know everything. Sa kanila ako nag process ng school and visa application for free. Except may bayad ang visa around $500 and courier fee P200+. Yun lang nagastos ko sa kanila.

kahit 573 at svp at times the institution itself will ask for proof of funds....

@danyan2001us hello po sir! Tanong ko lang po what if Diploma in Hospitality ang course na tinetake here, then may 3years experience here na po as head cook sa isang cafe-restaurant.. Qualified po ba to apply for Pr under Skilled independent? Or kahit Graduate Visa 485 lang? Or dapat po commercial cookery?

nalilito po ako...paclear nlang po sa mga may experience na....ung SVP 573 wla po Proof of fund db? Pero kapag may dependent need po ba tlga? Kasi sa number 75 po ata ng 157A form may nakalagay attach evidence of fund. sino napo nakaexperience ng student visa na may dependent? salamat!

hehe just call me kuya dan....anyway check mo lang if ang diploma in hospitality ay hindi kasali sa SOL....at saka basing on your experience mas maiigi sa iyo to shift course yong commercial cookery lalo na ngayon na binalik na siya sa SOL pwede mo na siya gawing pathway to apply for permanent residency here

hi ask ko lang, ang student vacation week or STUVAC ba is considered as holiday? meaning can you work unlimited hours that week? some say kasi na oo daw some naman sabi hindi daw gnon. i have friends na pag stuvac umaabot hanggang 40 hrs that week ng stuvac eh.

kahit na reduced yung evidentiary requirements, hindi naman sinabi na wala na talaga. I think may mga random checks yung mga CO kung talaga bang may access sa funds. at tsaka, I think significant yung may dependent ka, especially mga nasa school age. kasi may responsibility ka na magprovide sa dependents mo.

@Ilene kindly check yung Skilled Occupations List for Skilled Independent Permanent Residency (subclass 189). Otherwise applicable yung Consolidated Skilled Occupations List sa iba. I'm not familiar kung anong visas kasama yung CSOL. I think 457 and 186.

Moreover, please check what skills assessment body will assess your credentials. Requirement yan ng Immigration

yup considered holiday yun. Try mo tanungin yung visa compliance officer mo, in case hahanapan ka ng proof ng employer mo.

pwede po kaya yung bank statement ng tito ko. Self employed doctor siya may sarili siyang business name for example surname niya at surname ko is dizon so yung pangalan kasi ngbusiness niya dizon pty ltd and yung bank statement niya dun nakapangalan as the director dizon pty ltd. Pwede po kaya yun?siya lang po magisa sa business niya siyamay ari pwede kayayun?

sa mga RN dito sa pinas, pwede po ba tayong mag work sa mga nursing homes kahit na di tayo nag take ng Age Care 3 or 4?
