Be very careful of using Jeff Harvie of Down Under Visa. I used his services and was not satisfied what so ever. Jeff promotes a certain image that you the customer are all he cares about and that you will have his undivided attention, yet it never is the case. You will always deal with either his unqualified son (Who is an absolute ass#$%&) or other unqualified staff. Jeff is very much about how much money he can get out of you.

I have been dealing with DownUnder Visa for almost 3 years - during this time the advice of Jeff, Mila and Perry (please read his books) has been excellent and very supportive. I have had no issues at all with their professionalism and attention to detail. Jeff, Mila, Jeremey and the team are highly experienced and understand exactly what is required for a successful application. They understand that the tiniest error or inconsistency between documents can lead to delays and even refusal of visa applications. The fees are an investment in a successful application. Using a registered migration agent such as DownUnder Visa is my recommendation. I have saved a fortune by using Jeff and DownUnder Visa. It took me longer to get the job done because of errors I made right at the start by not listening. I have to admit there were times that I would shout at Jeff out of frustration, his answer would be me would be to imagine if I was doing it without his help! As for the costs it was right on the mark that Jeff said it would be. There were no extras added like some others I was in contact with. Believe me I wasted a lot of money before going to Jeff. If you want a "YES" man then Jeff is not that. He will tell you like it is and what you have to do.The time and paperwork and commitment required for my case was more than we all expected. Despite this I still was charged the quoted price for the extra work Jeff and his team had done to push things forward.

One thing to note is that Jeff will rarely take phone calls and prefers everything to be in writing to avoid misunderstandings by anybody. Thank goodness he has that policy!!

We first met Jeff from DownUnderVisa in the Philippines back in 2012. We were looking for information on fiancée Visa and tourist visas also. The process and valuable information Jeff gave us was overwhelming direct to the point. Unlike when inquired in Australia I was being beaten around the bush by 2 migration agents the info they provided was more frightening, the process how hard it is, the 12-18 month wait it was a complete nightmare.

Jeff and his team were prompt with plenty of information, help and the feeling of being happy and taken care off was awesome. We got our visa within a few weeks and the fiancée within 5 months. It pays to have someone dedicated and prompt. We have used the team for our workers visas also. I would recommend Jeff and his team from DownUnderVisa for all visas.

First, the Australian Government is not stupid to allow a sponsor who doesn't have a regular job and properties as a gurantee to sponsor a partner from another country. If the visa wasn't approved, it's not Down Under Visa's fault. They're not there to do magic for you! They're there to guide and ease the burden of coming/going to the Embassy in Manila. We followed everything these Harvies have instructed to us and even tried to avoid checking on the website of the Australian Government to check on the status, as it states that the IP address will be detected. I made myself busy studying and learning things to prepare in coming to Australia, to forget the tediousness of waiting. Everything was so easy and smooth with the Harvies' help; and luckily, the visa was granted way ahead of the maximum months of waiting and didn't even asked for re-entry because I was already in Australia on my second tourist visa that time. Jeff was very professional and prompt with his emails/responses and Mila tried to offer me if I needed a translator, if I didn't know how to speak English. Jeremy checked on our more than 200 pages logs of skype to be submitted to the Embassy in Manila and he was also great to deal with. Until now, we still ask questions even if it is no longer about the visa and they still provide answers. I guess, providing negative reviews to Down Under Visa is quite dumb, knowing the credibility of the people operating it. Know what you're capable of before you complain and make sure, every document you provide is good and credible because Jeff, Mila and Jeremy aren't fairy godmothers with their wands and spells and whoala! VISA IT IS! Christ's sake! lols!
