More on Six Sigma Projects, Project Management and Process Improvement ng IT Helpdesk, BPO Operations, Training and HR processes. I don't design or develop system software or work with system developers.
Anyone here with same work experience and was able to get positive skill assessment as ICT Business Analyst 261111? I don't want to be profiled kasi as Non-ICT BA 224711kasi STSOL lang sya.
My roles include:
• Drive the Operational Excellence journey to reduce process lead time, increase productivity, defect and variation reduction, and achieve cost savings using different Six Sigma Tools and Methodologies.
• Simplify and define the process; Sustain a high degree of process compliance.
• Identify, analyze and address potential process failures that can be monitored, prevented or controlled.
• Define and implement process metrics, data collection processes, and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, resolution tracking, service management reports and process documentation.
• Create business case for the new projects including the Cost & Benefits, Transition Cost, Project Timelines & capacity planning related to new transitions.
• Overall responsibility for assigned account specific processes including documenting, change control, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek improvements and enhancements to service support according to the business objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide processes for agents to utilize to meet case resolution requirements
• Communication of new or revised processes on time
• Updating knowledge-based changes on the internal database
• Ensure that account processes are aligned with the Global Processes
