Hi guys, I want to nominate ICT Business Analyst as my occupation as it is the closest to my work experience, however my concern is that on my employer's reference my official role is "Operations Supervisor, 7 years", which has the same duties, albeit more tasks than Business Analyst in my company.
I can always supply the specific job descriptions and tasks that I handled, but how do they go and approve it? Do they call my employer and investigate for confirmation, or do they have a strict list of official roles only allowed?
