@psychoboy I'm assuming when you say DIAC, you mean dun sa SkillSelect EOI. (expression of interest). Based sa signature mo, hindi ka pa nag-sasubmit. So, I'll try to address your concern by trying to walk you through sa EOI.
Once you create an EOI, it'll only ask whether na-assess na ba skills mo and then yung corresponding reference number. Then it'll ask for your age, then english skills. i-ask nya score mo per module (example, ako 8.5, 8.5, 7.0, 8.5), ang sabihin sakin ni skillselect 7 ang IELTS score and bibigyan ako ng 10 points. Then i-ask nya Test Report Form Number mo. (nagpa-remark ako and eventually got an 8.0 sa writing pero too late na, na-invite na rin ako eh, at least nabawi ko pera ko hehe)
At the end of the form, i-total nya claimed points mo, dependent sa visa na ni-select mo (i.e. pag pinili mo regional/state sponsored +5 na kagad). Ang importante eh ano ang i-claim mo and you have a document to prove it. If nag-retake ka (or your wife) ng Gen. Training and lahat 8.0 and above, pwde ka mag-claim ng 20 points.
Ngayon, kung na-submit mo na EOI mo at ang claimed points mo eh based sa Academic Training exam mo, ibang usapan na yun. Ang importante sa DIAC is you can prove what you've claimed sa EOI mo.

Thanks @LittleBoyBlue - more or less alam ko rin ang EOI process as my wife has an account already...
Ang iniiwasan ko lang eh, baka ma DQ kami at the end of the day kasi nga skills assessment namin needs an academic module.
Anyway, I may be thinking too much ahead already ahahaha! π
Please bear with me guys, happy friday to you all... π
And goodluck to everyone waiting for the invites on Saturday.
