Kithelpot hi everyone! 🙂 Have been assigned a CO and requested for police clearance, medical exam and other evidence of my overseas employment which I have given 2011 ITR, SSS contributions and summary of my payroll from 2008-2012 given by HR department. I have emailed her but she has not replied yet. I'm just wondering if I need to complete Form 80? PR visa 189 pala ako. Thank you! 🙂

kenshusei @Kithelpot I think di mo na kailangan ng Form 80. If your CO requests for it dapat meron atang kasamang Form 80 sa attachments dun sa email nya. Check mo din sa Request Checlist.pdf na attachment kung may nakaspecify na form 80. @ladyinpink Uy lapit na yan. Baka this week ma-grant na kayo. Congrats! @Cheers25 Welcome po sa May 2014 group ^_^
Kithelpot Thanks @kenshusei! walang nakalagay sa request document ko so I guess di na kailangan. About naman sa medical, I had it last June 16 then the clinic forwarded it to Australia on June 18, up to now kasi wala pa ding naka-attach sa Immi Account ko. Requested pa din ang status. Do I need to follow up my CO or get a copy from the clinic para ako na mag-attach? Or magwait lang ako. Salamat ng madami! : )
kenshusei @Kithelpot Can you check the status dun sa emedical account mo? if you print your Info Sheet (same as when you generated a referral letter) andun yung status. Like in our case, we had our medical last week and so far Incomplete pa status nya overall (though yung HIV test Referred na) Sa pagkakaalam ko kasi results will be updated/uploaded by the clinic themselves, which usually takes 7-10 days. You may follow up with the clinic after that period.
kenshusei @iamfi I think di na kailangan. Although pag siguro malapit na ang 28 days deadline mo sa CO at wala pang results pwede mong isend sa kanya yung Info sheet as proof na nakapagmedical ka na
Kithelpot Thanks again @kenshusei ! I just checked my emedical and meron na nga dung letter. Based dun sa letter, exam status is completed and they said that they have submitted this to DIBP. Do I need to upload this in my ImmiAccount? Please advice. Thank you! 🙂
kenshusei @Kithelpot No need to upload na po, I think automatic nang magrereflect sa immiaccount nyo yung results (if ok na or if referred pa sa MOC). But if malapit na yung 28 days mo na deadline ng co, you may also want to send a copy of this letter sa CO mo. Moontwinks Hi All, Update ko lang natapos na rin namin yung docs. Finally! Yung form 80 was hard to fill in lalo na't may 2 kami bulinggit na nangungulit 🙂 Inabot tuloy namin ang pinaka-28days ni CO. Anyway, prayers for positive results. God bless!
