Hello everyone! Newbie po. Currently, nag submit na ako ng application for skills assessment sa VETASSESS, pero di pa ako nag upload ng mga docs. Pa-advise sana ako sa mga docs na kelangan i-upload, para sure na complete tong nandito sakin. Eto mga docs ko so far:
Certified copy sa COE ko from past company na may outline sa job responsibilities ko sa company before (For evidence of employment)
Certified copy of notarized Statutory Declaration for present work ko na may outline din sa job responsibilities (For evidence of employment)
Certified copy sa graduation certificate
Ceritfied copy sa original diploma
Certified copy sa translated diploma
Certified copy sa passport
Scanned passport-sized picture (Kelangan ba to na "dated"? If so, anong ibig sabihin ng "dated"?)
Resume/CV (Di naman to kelangan certified copy, di ba?)
Applicant declaration form (Nag apply ako online, di ako nag download sa form and answer it by hand. At the end sa online form, may Applicant Declaration na 1-page lang tapos, I signed it, and then scanned the document para may signature na. Oks na to dba?)

Evidence of paid employment – at least one of the following:
Kelangan ba talaga to for skills assessment? Makakuha ako sa payslips sa current employer ko, pero ung payment summaries for taxation or taxation records of assessment sa previous company ko, baka matagalan yun eh.
