sa mga na grant na defacto yung pong evidence 1 file lang po ba? i mean 1 file for financial evidences, 1 file for Joint tenancy... so on.

@Stidleyfied well for us it's not just a single file. As long as merong file to support and it's valid, we included it all. We just presented it in an orderly manner

We have similar case. My partner and I are working as Accountants here in Malaysia for a year now and we are planning to migrate to Australia using visa 189. Initially we are thinking to apply individually using are own credentials but reading the thread, we are now leaning towards using the de-facto partnership. Can you please let me know how this work? Will the primary applicant apply for visa 189 and the de-facto spouse apply visa 100?

@bernaabad - nope.. only one visa 189 application..

you decide which of you will be the primary applicant, the other will be secondary..

the primary will be the basis for claiming points..

@bernaabad - Hi! I came here on a PR 189 Visa and included my same sex partner as my de facto secondary applicant. I don't think there is discrimination related to job opportunities in Sydney at least because of your de facto status. If anything, the disadvantage would be on what type of visa you have and actual local experience.

@mhej hi po, followed your messages back the earlier posts, ask ko lang po sana if may copy ka na pwede maishare re: statutory or written statements? ask ko na rin po sana if iba pa ba yung written statement (say about the relationship) sa affidavit form?

@markier87 napansin ko sa timeline mo napakabilis ng IED, may I ask what might have contributed to the early IED?

@danz1213 I guess it was making sure all documents were complete before lodging the application. Also we had the medicals before the application lodgement.

@markier87 7 days need nasa AUssie na,, sobrang ikli ng palugit no. may nabasa ako before, the closer the document date of medical and NBI to the allocation of CO mas mahaba raw ang IED?

I just got invited to lodge visa 189 today. Nilagay ko de facto and same as you guys, same sex. I'm just wondering, I will be the one to leave first to look for work, yun partner ko will be left here sa pinas and as soon as I'll be able to find a job and maipon yun fees she will be needing, sunod na sya. Same visa fee ba ang primary and partner? We did not claim any points sa kanya, lodged with 60 points ako and was invited naman agad. Yun processing ng visa, may requirements din ba na kukunin from her end kahit hindi pa sya kasama sa visa application ngayon? Medyo overwhelming pa yun elodgement nun tignan ko kaninang umaga, andami kelangan fill up 😃

@fyi_12 isama mo na sya sa visa application ngayon, dahil mas mahirap at matagal ang application ng additional dependent pag na approve kana..

Basa basa lng dito sa forum.. Pwde mo sya isama sa application pero ska na lang sya sumunod pag nauna ka.. The good thing is meron na kayo visa together..

Yes..

Isama mo man or hndi ngaun, hihingian ka din naman ngaun ng mga documents at magpapamedical din naman sya..

So mas magandang gawan na lng ng paraan na isama ngaun..

ahhhh it will make more sense nga na isabay na..yun visa fee pala eh 50% lang ng primary unlike if apply for partner's visa later...doble na ang fee. anyway she will have to undergo medical and NBI din naman ngayon, good thing we will not claim points for her skills mas madali. salamat po sa pag sagot. guess kelangan iurong ang planned IED ko to allocate the funds for her visa.

guys, do you have a pro-forma on how to write an affidavit? can you share with me please? or kahit PM nalang... I have no idea how to write one... thanks!
