Mga Batchmate, nag-paramdam na today ang case officer! 🙂

Mababawasan raw ako ng points, from 65 eh magiging 60 points nalang. Na include ko raw kasi yung 5 point na "overseas employment experience" sa EOI ko na hindi raw tama (dapat daw kasi ay 60 months of abroad experience). My bad, sayang, hindi direct grant.

Walang hininging document pero ang request nya ay confirmation doon sa ibabawas na 5 points. Dalangin ko na sana'y ma-grant na as soon as possible para maka-prepare na sa big move.

@retake congrats po.. pero at least kinonsider pa rin nila as valid EOI/application.. meron kc ako nabasa dati na nag-overclaim at naging grounds pa ng refusal. 😃

@retake konting tiis na lang po, grant na rin yan. Good pa rin naman po kasi kahit nabawasan, within the limit pa rin po kayo. Think positive. walang aayaw 🙂

Hindi ko gets ito, bakit nabawasan? Hala natakot naman kasi ako, 60 points lang ako. Nag claim ako dahil sa 3 years ko na experience dito sa Pinas.

Hi @retake! Tanong ko po sana kung ilang years po experienced ninyo? Bakit po instead na 5years experienced ang i-apply ninyo, 3years lang po ang nacredit? 3years lang kasi exp ko. Gusto ko sana magkaroon ng idea kung anong dapat kung gawin incase mangyari yan sakin. Sana po makapagshare kayo.

@bigdreamer - kabayan! Originally kasi ay Sept 2007 ako nag-start mag-work. Nung nag-apply ako sa ACS, na-consider naman yung mga 3 employment ko na in total ay more than 6 years so nag-lodge ako ng 10 points for overseas work experience.

Kaso, may clause ako na hindi fully naintindihan sa ACS Result letter. Ang nakalagay kasi dun ay "...considered skilled as of Sept 2009." so nung nakita ito ng Case Officer eh mali raw ang claim ko dahil dapat ay yung employment ko from Sept 2009 ako mag-ke-claim at hindi yung Sept 2007. Hindi ko kasi naintindihan ito nung una kasi, na-consider naman ng ACS yung first employment ko which is from Sept 2007. Yun pala, iba ang kanilang standards.

Waiting pa rin ako sa result, hopefully maging okay ang lahat.
