Ang hirap naman maghanap ng rental dito. Parang nag aapply ako ng work. Mas nahihirapan pa yata ako maghanap ng rental kesa sa paghahanap ko dati ng work. lol!

Give them a copy of your bank statement to show capacity to pay...

At least that is what we did when we secured a rental prior to getting a job.

Kami din, 3 weeks naghanap at umabot ng 15 applications bago naapprove. Wala pa kasi kami rental history at wala rin work kaya pinakita nalang namin savings account.

@vhoythoy bossing siguro mas safe kung mga 1.5 to 2 million pesos. kasi kung 1000 dollars renta, 12,000 na iyon sa isang taon.

Hello everyone. Update ko lng kayo. A day after posting this thread ay naapprove nko as a tenant in a 3 bedroom villa. 500 per week huhuhu pero ok lng kasi para maluwag sa family. Tama si VhoyThoy pakita dapat yung savings sa AuS at Pinas.

I'm guess if you have money to pay for the rent for 6 months they will let you 😉

for 400$/week rent you need to have at least 10K$ on your bank account 😉

10K * 40 = 400k PHP .. I guess pwede na yung 500k mo 😉

I'm guess if you have money to pay for the rent for 6 months they will let you 😉

I don't have much money in my bank account when I applied for house rental. Ang ginawa ko, nilagay ko name ng cousin ko as landlord ko since dun naman talaga ako nakatira. Naglagay lang ako ng note na living with my cousin. And I submitted yung utility bills na nakapangalan sa kanya (elec, gas & water). Ayun, na-approve naman.
