Just to share... I think mejo matagal ang processing ng visas in the last few months.

Took my IELTS Sept 2012.

Passed my application March 30 2013.

IMMI acknowledged my application June 26 2013.

Case officer requested additional documents Aug 16 2013 (Form 80).

Passed my Form 80 Sept 8 2013.

Visa granted Sept 11 2013.

@pororo, hindi pala sabay ang IMMI acknowledgement & CO's request for additional docs? Or na-miss mo lang na ipasa ang Form 80 kasabay ng NBI at Medical? :-)

@dominick Un pinass ko un application ko hindi pa kasama un Form 80, NBI Clearance lang. I think hindi sya kasama sa document checklist that time.

2013 June 06 - Renewed Passport

2013 Sept 18 - IELTS Speaking Exam

2013 Sept 21 - IELTS Written Exam

2013 Oct 04 - IELTS GT Results (L=9, R=8.5, W=6.5, S=9, OBS=8.5)

2013 Oct 17 - Lodged Application Online for Visa 476

2014 Jan 13 - CO Allocated, request for NBI Clearance, Medical Exam and Form 80

2014 Jan 20 - NBI Clearance in NBI Main (effective until 2015 Jan 20)

2014 Feb 06 - Medical Exam in Nationwide Health Systems Makati

2014 Feb 07 - Uploaded scanned NBI Clearance and Form 80 to IMMI Account

2014 Feb 10 - Deadline for Additional Information

2014 Feb 11 - Visa Granted (IED: 2015 Jan 20)

Okay, I see. Anyway, I had my visa grant last week. Thanks everyone! This forum has been very helping. I will be in Sydney later this year or probably January next year. Papahaba muna ng XP. Hehe. Goin to stay in Quakers Hill. 🙂

No. The CFO stamp is required for PR visa holders.

Since this visa is for recognised graduates, can we claim the 15 points for educational qualification when we apply for PR?

most definitely yes... graduates of Section 1 schools (like UP) have degrees equivalent to AQF Bachelor degree...

but to be sure, include the educational qualification in your assessment. (this is separate fee for EA assessment).. this will be your proof for claiming 15 pts,

@iammaxwell1989 - nope.. same for engineers...it will be EA..

so if you check EA's website:

standard fee for skills assessment (requires CDR) + assessment of your education qualification (up to Bachelors degree)
additional fee, if you want your PhD to be assessed for claiming EOI pts
separate fee if you want to have assessment of work experience (depends on how many jobs or companies you want to be assessed) for claiming EOI pts for related work exp.

@lock_code2004 Thanks. Regarding the first bullet point, does this also mean that you'll get 15 points for educational qualification (Bachelors degree) and additonal (5?) points for skills assessment? Or yung 15points na yun?
