Located in the Hills area and walking distance to Samantha Riley T Way, with direct transportation to Parramatta, Blacktown, North Sydney and the CBD. This is a safe area predominately residing professionals and really child friendly
Rent includes $160 per week for a single and is inclusive of:
• Electricity
• Water
• Unlimited internet
• Use of appliances (tv, kitchen, fridge etc)
You will have a lot of privacy and enjoy the majority use of your own bathroom (we use a separate bathroom).
