Hello everyone!
Just wanted some advice regarding engineering practices and standards in Australia.
Student po ako, will take my masters in mechanical engineering which will start on February. Just wanted to know any website I could read through, to know more what I will be needing to get into the industry or may be a way to make myself more employable after graduation.
It's quite a risk for me to come here since I have no work experience yet from the Philippines as an engineer. So kailangan ko na mag start to get an edge even before school starts.
Aside from AutoCad, are there other softwares that are commonly used by engineering companies in Australia? I did a bit of research and found out about PDMS and PDS, ano ang madalas gamitin here sa oz? Mas maganda siguro maaga ko na sila aralin para advantage later on.
Also, any suggestions of a part time job for an engineering student that could be used for employment later on? Will I be able to get a trades assistant job or do you need to be licensed here or something to do engineering related work?
I hope someone can help me out. Any suggestions will be much appreciated!
