Yung call center po, as I mentioned earlier, they usually get managers from that industry...medyo pahirapan kung hindi pa kayo nagiging manager kasi mas madaling turuan ang Australian na humawak ng mga tawag nila dun (dahil sa accent)...
Taking certificate courses is definitely the way to go...at least sa mga bansa tulad ng Australia, going back to school is beneficial hehe...Just make sure to ask yourself kung gusto niyo talaga yang inaaral niyo hehe...Mining is a lucrative industry, yes, but in the long run you should enjoy the work too 🙂
