Medical Exam Fees - St. Lukes Extension Clinic and Nationwide Health Systems

Hi PinoyAu members,

Tanong ko lang po kung magkano lahat nagastos nyo sa Medical exam sa St. Lukes (Quezon City ; Global) and Nationwide Health Systems in Makati? Malaki po ba ang difference? Kasi ang nasa referral letter ko Medical Exam at Chest X-ray lang and nirequire sakin. Pero pagcheck k sa website ng St. Lukes under student australian visa, may additional na HIV, Hepa B Sa, at Anti-HCV pa. Naguguluhan lang ako.

Thanks in advance. BTW, enrolled ako sa Flinders Uni, Bedford Park campus

Sa st. Lukes medical center extension clinic sa manila ang medical fee po ata nila ay 4,500 at automatic yan medical exam at xray muna pero during on medical mo pag nalaman nila na medical field po kayo diyan na papasok yung additional test like hepa at hiv, pag medical field may add test po talaga. About sa nationwide alam ko mas mura po dun, pag magpapamedical po kayo agahan nyo dami kasi tao lagi. God bless to all.

P3,600 sa Nationwide (NHSI). They also require 2 pcs passport ID photos, printout of your HAP, and photocopy of passport/s. If with dependents, bring baby book, previous case certification, x-ray, etc.

@ieya_oz, cash lang ata ang payment method accepted sa NHSI. 🙂 5625php ang fee para sa medical exam, x-ray, hiv, hepa b and hepa c check. 🙂

hi pls help malapit nko mag pamedical pero kinakabahan ako dahil my history ako ng tuberculosis at dahil don nag ka scar yung lungs ko. pero negative nko sa tb pls i need advice kung pano dapat gawin

Hello, dun sa St. Lukes na online registration form, may nakasulat na ganito:

Before accomplishing this form, please know your H.A.P. ID, Visa Subclass Name and Number, and the Lodgement Office where your visa application was filed. Temporary Visa Applicants must also know their Length of stay in Australia.

Ano nilagay nyo dun sa Lodgement Office kung online naman nag-apply?

Hi sis @KCJoanAndres .. strictly cash basis yata ang payment sa kanila sis as far as I know parang may nakapost akong napansin nung nagpamedical ako.. hope this helps 🙂

hi @cinj pwede ka magpa medical prior lodgement, need mo muna gumawa ng emedical account then answer mo lang yung forms sa health declaration, after nun you will be given a HAP ID which you need to printout kasi it will serve as your referral for medical sa NHS / SLukes

and another question po kung may alam kayo regarding po sa source of funds, totoo po ba na hindi nila inaacept yung joint account. in my case yung tita ko na kapatid ng dad ko ang mag sponsor sakin pero naka joint account sila ng husband niya. do u think po mag kaka-issue ako dun?
