di nga lang affordable!! houses here that are sold at $1million are very cheap already... 🙂

Sinabi mo pa... We bought our house last yr sa may halagang 501K and last weekend may auction 2 blocks away on a small lot albeit younger house (8 yrs old na bahay) at 2.5 yrs.

Nabenta at 1million flat... 🙂

Nakaka stress mag tingin tingin ng bahay. Sa West na yung around 400K na 4BR pero malayo sa current work ko. Sa Southeast sobrang layo naman na from the city.

I am planning to buy next year. Any recommendations?
