Hi guys!

I already had an invitation from DIAC for visa application thru the SkilSelect. I did seek the help of a migration agent because I am working here in Libya. I also got a successful state sponsorship from WA. Upon approval of the state sponsorship, the DIAC immediately invited me. I am in the process now of obtaining a medical examination and police clearances here in Libya.

My migration agent took care of all the important things needed, like certifying all my documents, accomplishing application forms, and most importantly in submitting an EOI.

VETASSESS assessed my skills and I got a 7.5 in the IELTS exam (academic module).

It took me less than a year to accomplished everything.

I hope that everyone of us will have a succesful outcome!!!

pano mo malalaman kung anong stage na ang application mo s vetasses kung ang nakalagay lang ay pending? thanks

you just have to wait, or mag log in ka dun sa site nila. but if they said na pending, maghihintay lang talaga, pero sinususnod naman nila ang binigay nilang time frame, within that period maglalabas at maglalabas sila ng result. I hope this will help.

Thank you po. I do need one kasi po andito ako sa Libya, ang hirap gumalaw lalo na ang pagkuha ng mga documents and processing. Sir Noborders Migration Advocates po ang agency ko. Mga Australian migration lawyers sila based in Queensland. Sila po ang nagfile lahat ng application pati pagcertify ng aking mga docs sila na din ang gumawa. Lalo na po yung mga important things like EOI, state sponsorship allication sila ang nagasikaso. ang mga clients nila mostly ay from Europe na naghahanap ng work sa AU.

Question po uli.. Kung tama ba intindi ko.. Yung sa assessment po ba ang magcocompute kung ilan lang years of experience mo para dun s point system? Kunwari 8years total experience mo pero sa assessment 3years lang pala so yung s 3years lang ang i-file mo sa gsm point system?

tama po.. kaya make sure na ung mga ilalagay nyong work experience for assessment is related/closely related to your nominated occupation..

yung result po ng assessment ang basis ng DIAC on claiming your work exp points..

Also, nilagay ko yung Mom & Grand Mom ko as dependents not travelling to Australia - pero dun sa application nakalagay yung name nila at "recommended" yung Character & Health nila...ibig bang sabihin need din nila pakuhanin ng PCC & Medical?

Advise naman po please...Thank you!

Hi @globetrotter - as for our case, we made appointments for the medicals to be done immediately after we got the acknowledgement from DIAC.

Mejo mabilis na kasi sila mag-process ngayon so it would not be too much of a problem if you go ahead and "front-load" your medicals. Get your PCC na rin... 🙂

Congratulations Sir on getting a positive CPAA assessment; ito yung pinaka-kinatatakutan namin ni misis before but it came our positive naman...

Thank you @psychoboy...Medyo na-down nga ako before nung ngsubmit ako ng assessment sa CPA Australia - actually I'm a CPA from the Philippines and yung unang assessment nila in 2010 was di ako ngtake ng Theory of Accounts which is impossible kc requirement un sa Board Exam...

Until recently, I travelled to Australia as a tourist and nakitang maganda talaga ang opportunity kaya ng pa-reassess ako - ayun snwerte naman at inacknowledge na yung subject na nawawala...

About the medicals, yun kc application ko nilagay ko na resident ako ng Philippines kaya ang lumalabas sa online health eh yung clinics sa Pinas - although nandito ako sa Dubai...and yung registered clinic d2 sa dubai ang sabi sa akin eh wait ko daw yung CO ko? Tama ba sila or ipilit ko na magpa-appointment kc sabi din nila matagal tagal din ang next appointment...pero may sinasabi sila na dapat daw sabihin ng CO ko kung saan yung health appointment...

Help naman...Sensya na - tuliro lang at excited at the same time! LOL

Try to email Health.Strategies@immi.gov.au and explain your situation, they usually reply within 24hrs.

If you email them now, pwede ka makatanggap ng reply by tomorrow. 🙂

Lahat po ng nilagay nyo as dependents even if they are not migrating to austalia, eh kailangan po ng medical/pcc... kaya po recommended din sila..

i think ang reasoning dyan is because, at some point eh pwde mo sila dalhin sa australia dahil nga dependents mo sila..

did you apply by yourself or do you have an agent?

This issue has two effects, both on your medical and PCCs... kaya better contact your CO..

based on your application eh wala ka pala sa Dubai... pero nandyan ka pala...

Nakalink na kasi ngaun ang mga clinic kung saan ang current area of residence mo.. unlike before... na kahit saan basta alam mo ang TRN mo.. pwede kana magpa-medical...

Sa PCC naman, nakabased sa information mo ang calculation nila ng PCCs (if you lived in a certain country for 12months or more)..
