yes.. you will need to have an EOI first.. Expression of Interest..

once you got an invitation, that's the only time you can apply for visa..

once you lodged the visa, CO will ask you to complete the PCCs and Medical exams..

if no more additional requirements are requested by the CO,

then you will wait for the decision..

No, you can still be denied... As long you don't have the grant letter, it can still be a yes or a no.

Hi po, bago lang po kami dito sa forum.

We just received a favorable response last Jan 9 from Engineers Australia.

Pero hindi pa kami nag EOI. We have several questions po and sana po matulungan nyo kami.

Advisable po ba na wag muna mag EOI at icomplete muna ang mga documents?
Ung Bank Statement, hard requirement po ba talaga sya? Para san po ba ito? And if 3 companies yung pinasukan before, three bank statements yung need i secure?
Payslip: How many per year po ang need isubmit?
Dependent: Good na po ba yung Diploma as a proof of functional english? pano po mapprove na English yung medium of instruction? Need pa po ba yun?
Evidence of Relationship: If married naman na po, hindi po ba marriage certificate lang ang need as proof of relationship? Medyo naguguluhan po ako dito. (http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/bringing-secondary-app.htm)
- Meron pa kasi nakalagay na dapat Evidence of the history of your relationship and Evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship . Ano po need to prove ito?

Hi, I'll try to answer some of your questions.

Hindi ko naabutan yun EOI, pero advice ko i-ready mo na yun mga documents and certified true copies para mas madali, kasi you'll never know if baka matagalan yun iba dahil meron problems.
Hindi kami nag-submit ng bank statements, for proof of employment COE lang and detailed employment certificate detailing your duties and responsibilities.
Payslip unless tingin mo hindi sufficient yun documents mo to prove your employment, hindi na ito kailangan. Kasi sa COE nakalagay naman salary mo. And nakapasa ka na naman sa assessment with Engineers Australia.
Sa dependent, kailangan nyo po kumuha ng tinatawag na "CERTIFICATE OF ENGLISH AS MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION" from your dependent's university / college. Most schools alam ito, yun wife ko sa PUP meron na talaga sila form para dito and meron small fee.
Marriage certificate lang po ang kailangan dito. Yun evidence of the history ng relationship ay para lang sa couple na hindi pa kasal, at gusto nila isama yun partner sa application.

Standard COE with Salary
Customized COE with duties and responsibilities

Saka po pala, ako po kasi yung isasama ng husband ko. Sa pag fill up po ng form, san ako ilalagay? Sa Dependent po or sa Secondary Applicant? Pero wala naman po additional points needed sakin.

Anung form po yan? Hindi ko na kasi masyado maalala. Ang naaalala ko lang yun parents, siblings dun sa other family members not migrating with you. Huwag nyo sila ilagay under dependent kasi baka hingan pa documents. Ikaw po kasi is considered dependent, at the same time secondary applicants din po. Pa-clarify na lang po ha, Hehe. Thanks.

Sa Visa Lodgement Application po @Bryann, ako po ang ilalagay na Secondary Applicant and Dependent? Kahit hindi po kailangan ng points for partner skills?

Yung mga parents and siblings po namin na HINDI sasama sa pag migrate sa Australia - dun po ilalagay sa Other Family Members Not Migrating? Tama po ba? Nabasa ko lang po dito sa thread eh. medyo naguguluhan lang po ako

Migrating Dependents - if you have kids

Non Migrating Dependents - leave it blank..normally pwede gamitin kung merong anak na hindi isasama.. or kung ang parents nyo ay dependent sa inyo, pero hindi sya mag-migrate..

Other Family Members - mga kapatid nyo po, at alam ko po ay pati parents..

@abc27 nareceive ko na po yung letter with the TRN. Bali pano ko malalaman ang mga accredited hospitals/clinics dito sa Dubai? Wala naba silang hihingin kundi ang TRN lang? Also, my daughter kasi nasa pinas pano yun? Thank you so much.

call the clinic, schedule an appointment and ask their requirements..

isa lang po ang TRN (transaction Reference Number) per Visa application.. but i think magkakaiba ang Medical Health ID ng bawat isang kasama sa application..

pag binigay nyo po ang TRN sa clinic, makikita na nila kung sinu-sino ang ksama dun sa application.. pag wala dun ang mga ksama nyo sa application, please contact nyo ang CO, para ma-correct nila ang records nyo bago kayo magpamedical..

Yes, kailangan po isulat for information ang mga kapatid nyo lang... eto lang po ang pagkaka-alam kong kailangan.. Name, Bday, Status, Country of Residence..
