Who will have access to my details in SkillSelect?

This will depend on your visa preference(s).

As part of the EOI process, you will be asked to select the skilled visa(s) you are interested in submitting an EOI for. You can express interest in one or more visa(s).

If you choose to be considered for a state or territory or employer sponsored visa, you are agreeing to allow state or territory governments and/or employers to access your details in SkillSelect.

Employers are not able to view any identifying information such as your name, date of birth, gender, or nationality. Employers can only access information that will help them to consider you for employment; this could include your occupation, your work experience, and your level of English ability.

If you express interest for only the independent or family sponsored visas, the information recorded in your EOI will only be available to the department.

hi! my circumstances have changed after i received the invitation to lodge -- i got hired in a new company. Now, i'm planning to apply and lodge for the visa but I noted that I can no longer change my EOI, since I already got my invitation. If the details in my visa application is different with my EOI (i.e. new job and new country of residency), how is this going to affect my visa application? thanks in advance!

Information from DIAC:

The following forms are useful for notifying the department of changes in circumstances and

are available on the department's website at www.immi.gov.au/allforms:

● Form 929 Change of address and/or passport details

● Form 1022 Notification of changes in circumstances

● Form 1023 Notification of incorrect answer(s)

● Form 1193 Communicating by e-mail with the department.

Examples of changes in circumstances include:

● changes to address and/or contact details

● changes to employment, (such as a new job)

● obtaining a new passport

● new member of the family unit

● you or a secondary applicant has become pregnant

● discovery that information previously provided is incorrect.

In preparation po ba sa Medicals required talaga na madownload ko ang Form 26EH and Form160EH?

Or enough na po yung Examination Referral Letter na magegegenerate sa eVisa?

nabasa ko po kasi sa St. Lukes Requirements, kasama dapat yung 2 forms.

Kaso d ko alam kung san ko maddownload yung 2 forms?

(Yung pag dinownload, meron ng details ng applicants)

Does this still holds true now? i might be absorbed kase by my client (im under an agency now). Sayang ang salary increase and addl benefits, waahhh....

I am not aware of such provision in the Booklet 6...

@loudandclear, During my time of application, ang provision is that you have to be employed at least 12 months before you lodge your application. Alam ko tinanggal na nila yung work provision whatever it is ngyong may skillselect na. 🙂

Guys may tanong ako.. sorry di ko ma-track kung nasagot na to eh..

Kunwari nag-lodge ka ng EOI application, say you have 60points. So most probably asa queue ka ng madaming 60pts dba? Dba every month may cut off? What if you lodge APRIL, tapos di ka nasama dun sa cut off ng APRIL or MAY, what will happened to your application? Will it carry over to the next month?

So waiting ka lang tlga hanggang makakuha ka ng invitation? Ganon ba yon?

Also, meron na bang memo regarding new policy for July 2013?

Hi sis @katlin924, yes sis mammove lang yun hanggangn ma invite ka.

Lately, mga 60 pointers na iinvite na din. kaya padami na ng padami at kaya na mmove na rin ang CO allocation time.

Last Jan 25, from 5 weeks naging 7 weeks.

Then ngayong Feb 8 may change na ulit. Naging 10 weeks na sis.

Wala pa ako nabasa any memo for July 2013 change. Sana if meron man, hindi ganun kalaki yung change no? 🙂

Isa pang question, ano yung mga weeks na yan, like yung 5 naging 7weeks, tapos ngyon 10weeks. Ano yun? Sorry..

this is the approximate turn around time bago magkaroon ng CO...

Not from the time they got the invitation... Process is like this:

(1) IELTS/Skills Assessment

(2) Lodge EOI

(3) Get Invitation

(4) Lodge Application

(5) Acknowledgement

(6) CO Allocation

(7) Visa Grant

in between 4-6, yun yung sinasabi nila na it can take 10wks.... 🙂
