Form 1023 Query

I have a question about Form 1023:

I forgot to include the course that I first took in UST and only indicated my education history in college where I graduated from on the Education History section of the application form, I am very worried that this might give an impression on the case officer that I am withholding information from him/her..

1.) Should I upload Form 1023 regarding this? Is this considered as an incorrect answer?

2.) Should I wait for the CO to advise me (or question me) about this matter?

@BoyPintados Im a shiftee, I took up Industrial Engineering from UST but withdrew from it then transferred to Don Bosco where I earned my degree in Mechanical Engineering

@PIPO okay, are you referring to Form80 or your online file on Immi account? yung dineclare mo lang is only ur ME at DB, is this correct?

@BoyPintados sa application form na filled up before lodging, not the form 80. Yes, I only declared my ME at DB. I was wondering if I need to upload a form 1023 or just wait for the allocation of CO and ask for his advice.

@PIPO so done ka na sa visa lodgement? paid already? because if it's not yet paid, you can still edit your entries... just my 2 cents, form 1023 is for incorrect answers, 1022 is for change in circumstances, i don't think the gap you failed to declare is an incorrect information unless you put in the wrong years; it wouldn't fall under 1022 as well because it's not a change in circumstance - meaning what was true during filing is no longer true after a certain date; you can still put details on your form80 because sa form80 pinapa specify talaga ang gaps, where you went what you did, and if you enrolled in a matriculation was it completed or withdrawn, or etc... I think mababawi mo rin yung missing info that you forgot to key in sa immi account, so make sure detailed na itong form80 mo.

@PIPO walang anuman brad, anytime anytime... ;-) palagay ko hindi naman misleading info yun kase yung latest lang muna nilagay mo, then if they refer to your form 80, masasagot na nila yung gap...

@PIPO yes brad... sabi ng iba dito sa forum roughly 80% naman ng applicants hinhingan ng form80, and mostly, kahit wala pang CO, frontload na nila lahat ng docs pati form 80.

Update ko lang ito. Just called immi now. Lady said any incomplete answer such as gaps are considered incorrect answers and Form 1023 is the right form to include additional information.
