Hi guys!any of you getting a house in caversham,brabham,dayton,ellenbrook?in st leonards,avon lee estate,whitemen edge etc or around that area?been contacted by few builders and down to 2 options now.stressing but the wife was happy when she saw the display homes.Goo luck sa mga kkuha ng bhAy

i think so far most big builders are okay based on feedback from friends..

red ink, blue print and the likes..

which builders are your options now?

they said, ellenbrook, st leonards and aveley are good areas.

there are new developments in these suburbs..

Anung street kyo? Kmusta naman area nyo, i hope malayo sa lord street, medyo katakot lng dhil sa bush fire sa whiteman park..

hi po magkano po ba ang house and land package?yung pinakamura. say 3 bedroom single car garage. and yung row house lng...mga magkano po kaya aabutin nun?

depende sa location.. i saw one in whiteman edge brabham..between 300-350k..

Ang mura pa ng mga house and land package sa bandang North of Perth noh. Hindi kaya dahil prone pa ang area na ito sa bushfire kaya mura? Pero yung bandang Cockburn / Hammond park, prone din naman sa bushfire pero napakamahal. Nagtitingin ako sa bandang south kasi mostly ng mga kaibigan namin ay nasa South area, very expensive. Pero may mga nakikita pa akong established sa bandang Cannington, East Cannington, around $450-500k naman ang presyo. We're paraying na hopefully makakuha na rin kami within this year.

Pero sa north east ( swan, caversham, ellenbrook area) eh wala.. Kaya medyo mas mura sa north konti..

Maraming development sa north..

Whiteman edge. St leonards. Caversham..
