Withdrawal of HDMF (PAG-IBIG) contributions

Hi all,

We were planning to withdraw our HDMF (PAG-IBIG) contributions. I read from the website na if you are going to permanently settle outside the country as immigrant, you are eligible to withdraw your contributions. Question lang po, aside from the form from PAG-IBIG ano pa po kaya ang mga requirements na kailangan? Gaano katagal ang waiting time to actual receipt of money?

I just did and got my contributions. 🙂

Requirements for Pagibig withrawal.

Application for Provident Benefits Form (downloadable thru PAGIBIG website)
Passport and VISA (photocopy and original)

Sworn Declaration of Intention to depart from the Philippines (downloadable thru PAGIBIG website)

<Must be notarized>

<One item says here is you should leave the country within 60days upon submission>

Photocopy of 2 valid ids with date of birth (passport, sss id)

Also take note that if you had more than 1 employers, the list of your contribution from previous employers should reflect on your current employer. (otherwise request to Pagibig to do so)

Waiting time - approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Last week pumunta kami sa Pag-ibig Buendia branch para mag-pass ng requirements, sa 2nd floor siya lane 10 kami pumili, isang pila lang siya for this benefit claim.. buti konting lang yung tao nung time na yon.. pwede mo rin ipa-rush, sabihin mo lang na aalis ka na within some weeks, di naman nila iccheck yung ticket niyo..

bgo ksi kami umalis this Nov, gusto sana namin kumuha ng printed copy ng summary of our contributions para may record kami. Saan kmi pwede kumuha nun? Pwede kaya Online na lang?

Pano say, kung i-withdraw ko tapos after a decade or so gusto ko na bumalik, pwde pa rin ba mag-contribute sa PAG-IBIG?
