hi guys i am filipina my husband holding PR visa in Autralia and we got married in Aust. we lodge my visa subclass 100/309 here in phil. last january 8,2014 i've done my medical and we have CO already .7 months this august but have'nt heard any news or email from my CO 🙁

hi sis whos your co? we have the same condition my husband is also PR in australia. but we got married here in the ph. 3 years ago.

my co is M. Subagan. i lodge my application march this year so im on my 5th month waiting already. havent heard anything from my co after she asked to submit cenomar and police check from hubby.

hello guys... i'm planning to lodge partner visa as well... talaga bang matagal ang process? mas ok ba na maglodge na lang xa ng skilled independent visa?

@cchamyl yes matagal ung processing it takes 7-9months .

@binkyrikay not sure sabi kasi nong iba may interview daw .then aftr interview wait nlang daw to finalize and visa grated.

@binkyrikay have u required to submit joint back acct. with ur husband as a supporting doc. of your visa application aswell??

@eclasm they didnt ask us to submit our statement of bank acct but we submitted it together with our application just to make sure.. the last email ive got is a request for our cenomar but we sent cemar (certificate of marriage) instead since were already married then police check for him from australia because we include our son in our application.. haven't heard from them since then. how about you? when was the last time co contacted you?

@binkyrikay we already submitted our bank statement too but my husband confused if the one they want is the joint bank acct.

@binkyrikay oo nga napansin ko din madami M. Subagan ung co 🙁 some of them already waiting for more than 9 months 🙁 pero ung ibang co 6 months granted na visa nila.

@eclasm bakit kaya ganun? may chances ba minsan nadedeby yung visa kahit magasawa na? minsan im worried pero keeping it positive pa rin. how long are you and your husband know each other? kami ni hubby almost 10 years. married for 3 years.

Wala naman ako nabalitaan may na deny talagang matagal lang daw ung paghi2ntay 🙁 pero may maswerte only 6 months granted na visa nila.matagal na pala kayo ng husband mo kami 2years pala din ka2kasal lang namin last dec. Sa australia.
