"Partner/spouse visa subclass 100/309 Lodged JAnuary 2014"

Hi everyone!

Kami naman ni hubby, we lodged a partner visa application online last May 10, 2014. CO contacted us for additional documents (Birth Cert and Bridal Check and NBI certificate) on June 24.

I've been in Aus since June 27 on a 3-month tourist visa.

July 9 - we sent an email asking if the CO has received all the documents. We didn't get any response.

In September 8 we sent another email informing CO that I have applied for a VISA extension and again asking about the additional documents.

In September 11, CO responded that she had received the NSO documents but that she is still waiting for my NBI certificate. She requested for a scanned copy of the NBI certificate to be sent to her. We responded to her email by sending the NBI certificate and advising her that there might have been a miscommunication as we had already emailed her a scanned copy of my NBI cert and had also submitted the actual NBI cert last June.

So, 4 months na din since we lodged our Partner Visa application.

**Now we are just waiting patiently, praying, and trusting God.

Try niyo po magrequest online thru NSO helpline or ECensus. 🙂

Yung sa akin kasi, pumunta ako ng NSO office to request for my CEMAR and I was told immediately na WALA PA DAW kasi 6 months pa bago may copy. I was not even allowed to submit my request.

So, ginawa ko, nag.request ako online. Available na pala! 4 months pa nga lang un from the date of the wedding. 🙂

Hello po mga sis clarify ko lng if auto generated itong body ng email s acknowledgement letter? Kasi pnasa ko n po lahat ng docs n need nmin, so I just need to ignore this po no? Email nyo po ko s mga willing magshare ng timeline nd experiences. Thanks!

@say05 ako din when i received that letter, wala ako sinubmit. Pag nagka CO ka na, may marereciv ka request for documents from NSO or kung meron pang additional docs napa submit sayo. As of now, since na submit mo na yaang mga yan, wait ka n lang muna.

@joyful thanks sis kso may request ako NSO docs sb un n dw kc required ngyn direct from nso ung docs. after ko po magpass non and done ung medical magwait nlng po ako uli kung anong hingin skn pero wla pong indicated n name ng CO.

@say05 nung nareceive ko yung acknowledgement letter, nagrequest pa din ako ng NSO docs to be sent directly to the embassy kahit na nagprovide na ko ng cenomar and birth certificate nung naglodge ako ng visa. Yun kasi ang gusto nila para di na sila mag-further checks sa mga NSO docs na sinubmit mo upon lodgement. Wala na kong nareceive na any further request or email from the immigration after that, ang nareceive ko nalang from them is my visa grant notice na. 🙂

@cielabells Gaano po kayo katagal nagwait sis? inabot pa din po kayo ng 6-9months?

@cielabells nung hiningan po kayo ng nso docs request may medical request na din? it's knda tough kasi may bagets ako 2y sb nla bawal dw chaperone sa loob, mjo mahirap pa naman pag magcollect n ng wiwi. hehe. Share ka naman ng timeline mo sis. 🙂 Thanks in advance.

@say05 Yes, nung nagsend sila ng acknowledgement letter, kasama na ang request for medical and NSO. 🙂 I waited 7mos for my visa. See my timeline below:

Application lodged: April 25, 2014

Date of acknowledgement: April 28, 2014

Requested NSO docs: April 29, 2014

Date of Visa Grant: Dec 2, 2014

@say05 sis ano visa ni lodge mo at kailan ka nag lodge ng visa ? kung pag pa medical kna sis punta ka sa nationwide health systems AUX ok lang may chaperon ka mag anaty sa baba at madali lang dun sis kasi kunti lang tao d lang abutin ng 1 hr dun ako nag pa medical

@say05 yeah its true na super bilis ng processing ng mga partner visas before. I also have friends na nagwait lang for 1-2mos. They lodged their visas mga year 2011 pero sis for this year sobrang swerte na pag nagrant ang visa ng ika-6th month. It depends din kasi on the complexity of each case. Pero it would really help expedite the processing of your application if you'll give them complete docs upon lodgement palang and syempre swertihan din pag mabilis magprocess yung case officer na ma-assign sayo. Basta if they'll ask for additional docs, just give it right away. Do followups din sis and syempre pray always. Good luck sis and God bless! 🙂

@mylubs i lodged subclass 300. Requirements and visa waiting time for 300 and 309 are almost the same. I think need lang yata ng marriage certificate pag 309? Not sure. Goodluck sis. Pray lang always. 🙂
