after lumabas ang result ng ACS assessment for 7yr 6mos work exp, at kung hindi aalis si hubby sa current work nya at umabot ng 8 yrs for the EOI, pwede nyo na i claim ang 15pts=8yrs work exp.. (of course assuming na positive ang assessment ng ACS at na count ang work exp)
you need updated employment docs to show to your CO (pag na invite na kyo for visa application) na continuous pa rin ang employment nya (payslip, COE+JD, etc).. to claim yung 8 yrs
awarding of EOI pts for work exp is "at the time of invitation", meaning kung anung meron kayong points na pwdeng i claim pag na invite na kayo...

@lock_code2004 hi, thank you so much! Another question pa po, Admin Officer ako wala ata sa skilled occupation list yun. Does it mean hindi ko mabibigyan ng partner points ang hubby ko?

@Kitin : ayan nasagot na ni @lock_code2004.

but, if you still decide to wait for your husband's 8 years sa work, simulan nyo na rin kunin or asikasuhin yung mga detailed COE nya from previous companies kung meron. from my experience, yun kasi ang pinakamahirap. kapirasong papel, ang hirap kunin! hehe

Hi Forumers, ask ko lang po kung sino na po yung naka pag RPL and na assess sucessfully ni ACS? Baka po pwedeng makahingi ng sample draft ninyo. thanks 🙂

@solidjeff di pa nagmove yung status ng syo? yung isang friend ko baka same day kayo nag-in progress na din yung kanya.

Great news!! I received my positive skills assessment today. Date Submitted Jan26,2013.

I will fill you in with my assessment journey later.

Before that,may tanong lng ako if ever you were assessed with 4yrs and 9mos only,pwede

ba magclaim ng points for 5yrs pag submit ng EOI provided that you are still employed

with the same company?

@gmad06 10pts po yta kpg 5yrs work experience. back read ka meron sagot si lock_code2004 related dyn. Pgdating sa CO, mgprovide ka ulit na employment documents pra maconsider is yung latest number of yrs work experience mo.

Ako din nag-respond na sila and binalik to stage 3 and required me to take the RPL route. Nakapag-start na din naman ako isubmit ko hopefully by Monday.

@gmad06 --- i think it depends when ka magsusubmit ng EOI... dapat 5 yrs ka mismo on the day u submitted EOI..

kung wla po sa same list (SOL or CSOL) ang occupation nyo as with your primaray applicant, hindi nga po kayo pwede ma-assess at magclaim ng partner's points
check nyo po mabuti kung anung occupation ang pwde nyo inominate na nasa same list ng asawa nyo.. read the ANZSCO description and compare with your job description.

finalized na yung ACS application ko, AQF Advanced Diploma. Nacredit nman lahat ng work experience... To God be the Glory 🙂
