Mga sir nakapag pa notarize nako ng documents ko at isa-submit ko napo sa ACS, tanong ko lang po kung ok lang ba na 'Certified Machine Copy' ang nakalagay? Yun kasi nilagay nung attorney pero ang sabi sa ACS requirement ay 'Certified True Copy'. TIA

Nag mock entry po ako sa ACS Skills Assessment and I came across these three requirements:

Organization chart
Statutory Declaration
Skilled Employment Reference Letter
I am on a non-RPL path. Required po ba sa akin yung Organization Chart? If yes, what kind of org chart do i need? Can anyone please share a "sample" ?
If my Skilled Employment Reference Letter is detailed/complete, do I still need to secure a Statutory Declaration?

i dont know the answer sa number 1, but i would be happy to know also.
complete po meaning may letterhead, job description at signed by senior colleague or boss. according po sa documents thread sufficient na po. kailangan lang ng statutory kung di nakalagay sa company letterhead.

Natanong ko na ito dati and yung nag advise sa akin pumasa ng hindi sya ngpasa ng Org chart. Ang ginawa ko, gumawa pa din ako at nag pasa. Sa unang employer ko, pinirmahan naman pero yung second, ayaw kasi confidential daw. So ang napasa ko lang yung sa first employer ko. In God's name... pumasa naman. Normal org chart lang naman yun. Ang ginawa ko ay org chart na nasa top yung highest position ng company then branched down showing my position. Then I request this din to be printed under my first company's letterhead then nilagyan ko ng signed by my manager including contact details at position. Take note na hindi ako RPL path ha.

I suggest to do a mock application para makita ninyo kung ano yung mga details na kelangan i fill up pati paano ang oraganization ng mga documents. Ginawa ko ito dati. You can do it naman then wag mo muna i submit. Save mo lang muna then pag confident ka na sa mga details mo, saka mo na submit and pay.

hello, question po uli. im scanning all my documents na, napansin ko lang. meron akong isang employer, hindi na ako binigyan ng COE with job description wala rin gustong pumirma sa mga ex colleagues ko na andun pa. ngayon ang ginawa ko kumontak ako ng ex colleague ko na nakatrabaho ko dun sa company na yun pero nagresign na rin sya dun. nagpagawa na lang ako ng statutory declaration sa kanya with her COE sa company na yun notarized and ctc-ed.

tanong ko lang po kailangan ko pa ba gumawa ng self-statutory that i'm unable to secure a coe with job description from my previous employer, and unable to make someone sign sa employment reference sa colleague ko na andun p?

One of the companies I worked on will not provide Job Description to Certificate of Employment (COE) due to confidentiality reasons; instead, they will provide a Certificate of Explanation stating that the company does not issue such. However, ACS requires employment references containing Duties/Responsibilities. Has anyone encountered the same situation? What did you do?

Has anyone submitted at least one COE that does not contain a Job Description but given a 'suitable' result?

May work around po yan.

Option

1) Create your own COE print with letterhead ng company mo then let one of your seniors sign it.

2) same as above (option 1) kaso walang letterhead ng company, ask a photocopy ng Company ID ng senior mo then let him sign the COE and the photo copied ID.

3) same as above (option 2) kung ayaw ng company ID ng senior mo, ask for business card instead. Get one have it photo copy and siged it or colored scan mo.

Ginawa ko po yung option 1 and 2. Tinanggap po sa ACS.

Mejo challenging for me to do any of the options since I'm away from the Phil to process it manually. My plan is to do it online or have a representative to do it on my behalf or file a leave on a working day, fly to Ph and process it manually (mejo hassle ito and costly).

Just in case I failed to do any of your options, and just submitted the COE without the Job Desc., (fortunately, two other companies provided Job Desc on my COE), will ACS reject my application and still insist for the Job Desc? or they will still accept it since may Job Desc naman yung 2 other companies ko? (this is just looking at the worst scenario). salamat po🙂

I'm new here sa forum. I'm a Business Analyst.

Kakasubmit ko lang ng ACS requirements ko yesterday. 🙂

Ganun pala ung feeling para nakakakaba na nakakaexcite. =))

Parang nakakaadik silipin araw araw ung application status knowing na probably mareceive sya in 2 months, haha!

Anyway, goodluck satin lahat na nagsubmit at sa mga magsasubmit palang.

To anyone who has gone through submitting a statutory declaration, sufficient na ba yung notarized ng kahit anong law office dito sa Phil? or does it need to be a law office certified by the embassy of Australia?

May nag share kasi sa previous post about Commonwealth and Stat Decs and got me thinking that ACS might be looking for something that will certify that AU or embassy authorities, have a part in it.
