2012 - present Analyst Programmer 2 (company C) 1.5 yrs

Please advise... thanks!

= 6.5 yrs... not sure though, kasi may bago silang rules ngayun na parang mag deduct sila ng 2 yrs sa experience pag hinde equivalent sa AUS degree yung degree mo dito, if in case, ang qualified experience ko lang is 4.5yrs... tama po ba pagkakaintindi ko?

tingin ko lang po, equivalent to AQF bachelor ang qualification nyo and closely related naman ang occupation nyo so they will deduct at least 2 years from your work experience for suitability purposes. @tuchul hi! i want to ask yong End Date ng COE for current employer, kasi sabi ng ACS guidelines they don't accept "To Date" as the end date. so ano dapat? thanks!

@jomel: If current employer sir, pede ang "To Date".

"If your employment reference is “Current”, it MUST be dated and the “To Date” will be noted as the date of the submission of the skills assessment."

Review and Appeal applications can only be submitted within 60 days of a finalised skills assessment. After the 60 days have elapsed, a new application is required.

For further information on Review or Appeal applications, please refer to the Review & Appeal section in the “Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants”.

Looks like we have to submit another new skills assessment application. Tsaka meron din nadagdag sa length of work ng husband ko for 1yr. and months since our previous skills assessment. Hmmm. need more research. Don't know some provisions on skills assessment of ACS after those days.

hi everybody, i am currently an IT student (diploma) here in sydney. I had 1 year applications developer experience from texas instruments (philippines) and I had been a part-time web developer for an advertising company based in the UK which has a satellite office in Pampanga (philippines) for 4 years +.

My question po is, will ACS recognize the 4 years + worth of web developer experience if I am not receiving any formal payslip from the company since the company was in the UK?

How will I be able to convince ACS with regard to my experience even if it was part -time.

I think that's for negative results or if you have contentions with the number of years deducted from your experience.

Ibig po sabihin puede ko is yes ung Australian study requirement?para makuha ung 5 pts tama po ba?

hello guys, question lang regarding sa pagpapanotary ng affidavit since wala akong nakuhang detailed COE. Kung nagwork ako sa ibang bansa and meron akong COE and affidavit signed ng colleague, pwede ko ba syang ipanotarized dito sa atin? or kelangan kung san currently nakabased ung colleague na nagsign ng affidavit?

Hindi po. The Australian study requirement is for education acquired in Australia.

@jomel sa case ko ang naka sulat ay "is a full time employee of XXX as YYY since m/d/yyyy". Tinanggap naman siya ng ACS 🙂

Cguro gawa na lang kami ng attachment letter dun sa previous skills assessment decision ng ACS and then let them decide. State na rin yung reason why we have to submit almost the same paper like before. Nadagdagan lang ng few years of working experience since then meanwhile busy muna sa IELTS kasi eto yung reason why we stop.

Hello Everyone..

May tanong sana ako sa ACS result ng friend ko kasi 8 years yong experience sa System Admin, pero ang binigay ng ACS is yong 5 years lang, bali natangal yong 3 years na experience nya. Ang tanong ko po, ito po ba ang basehan ng DIAC para sa number of years of work experience? 10 lang ba ang ma claim nya points? Thanks

Meron po bang naka-try na claim pa rin yung buong work experience sa EOI at na grant ang visa?

@rooroo thanks! pero yong 3 years na deduct nya is yong isang company na hindi masyadong detailed ang COE na binigay.. hindi ba DIAC ang mag dedecide na mag award ng points sa work experience? or ang new rule is, DIAC will base the number of work experience from ACS assessment? Maraming salamat ulit..
