I would like to solicit any opinion regarding my case. Basically, I graduated BS COE last July 2004 and started working right after at Company ABC as a contractual under Agency X. I was under this agency from July 2004 to October 2008 when Company ABC absorbed me on October 2008 as a Regular Employee up to present.
My roles during my entire employment changes but most of it are comparable to Systems Analyst (261112).
In the ACS Assessment Result, my work experience from July 2004 - October 2008 was not stated whether it is suitable or not. My initial suspect is that the Reference Letter that came from the Agency X does not mention my entire duties, which make it unsuitable (I think).
Below are my questions:
Is this possible that not all work experience will be stated in the letter, regardless if it is suitable or not?
Is it advisable to lodge a "Review" to ACS with an updated Reference Letter? Since I was under an agency but solely assigned to Company ABC. So, I plan to have this Agency X Reference letter counter signed by Company ABC and make sure duties and responsibilities are stated completely and correctly.
Notice that they have deducted 4 years on my second employment, while I am very sure that my work experience and as stated in the COmpany Reference Letter is closely related to the nominated occupation. Can anyone advise if this is subject for Review/Appeal?

The following employment after October 2012 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261112 (Systems Analyst) of the ANZSCO Code.
Dates: 10/08 - 09/13 (4yrs 11mths)
By the way, I am working with a MARA for this one and I am not quite happy and he is not helping me at all.
Appreciate any inputs before my time for Review or Appeal expires on April 14. 🙁
